Wonderful experience learning to make delicious eclairs and pastry! I loved my pastry chef teacher, Stephane!!!

This is a wonderful class to take! I can't rave enough about the technical details and instruction that our instructor Anne provided. She explained with the right amount of detail what to do at each step, what to look for in the cooking/baking process, and what piping techniques will give a good rise to the Choux and which techniques wouldn't. We ended up making three fillings for our eclairs and cream puffs, chocolate, vanilla, and Chantilly cream - each of which was so delicious. After the baking and piping the filling, we then adding chocolate or confectioners' sugar on the top to dress up the pastries. The best part afterwards is being able to eat as many as you want and then take home all the extras. We can't thank Anne and Fred enough for putting together this program and giving us a taste of what it's like to be a baker. We can't wait to try another class the next time we are in Paris!

Such a lovely time my young adult daughter & I had with this baking experience. This was a small group, two of us & another couple. The instructor was lovely & warm. She was very patient & knowledgeable. It was in a small intimate environment. After baking we enjoyed the treats we made at a beautifully set table. I would definitely encourage travelers to try this experience. We learned so much & have a huge appreciation for how to properly bake chocolate, eclairs, and cream puffs. Lots of hard work!

This class was instructive. I learned how detailed baking can be. Down to the gram, millimeter and second. If you can follow instructions TO THE LETTER you can create good-tasting sweet treats. Fortunately, Stephane Jimenez was there to keep my wife and me on track. You will bring home more than enough eclairs and chous for two. Plan to share with two or three friends or relatives when you bring them home.

What a wonderful experience!!! I am on a solo trip to Paris and took this class. Luc our chef was so kind and clear with his instructions and guidance. I have always wondered how to make cream puffs and this class made it easy and demystified all the hard parts. The other students were so friendly and funny. The kitchen is nice and overall it was a fantastic experience. The cream puffs were absolutely delicious and I had a bunch to take back to my hotel!! Thank you Luc!!

Le Foodist was recommended to us by friends who had just been to Paris. The choux pastry class was excellent. Very small group--my family of 3 and another 2 people--and very hands on. Chef Stephane was great: both charming and professional. Made us "home bakers" feel confident enough to recreate the pastry at home. The setting was warm and inviting, and coincidently was within walking distance of our AirBnB. We had the chance to sample our eclairs and cream puffs, and Stephane gave us some additional recommendations for dinner during our stay. I would recommend this course and Stephane, and will definitely take another class if/when I visit Paris again.

This was one of the highlights of our trip to Paris! We had an absolutely wonderful class with our instructor Stephane, who was a Michelin starred chef who has worked at some of the finest restaurants in the world. Not only was he a kind and patient pastry instructor but he was a great host as well, regaling us with many entertaining stories and anecdotes of the restaurant industry. We would recommend this experience (and Stephane!) in a heartbeat to anyone who wants a unique and fun Parisian experience. Thanks again!

The best baking class we've ever experienced! It is a very beautiful, charming, and stylish building. The baker (instructor) is very warm and personable. The process is broken down into simple steps and it is SO much fun! Luc (Baker) made it amazing! The cost is well worth it! You'll get a lot for your money!
