Parco La Hacienda : 7in1 Zipline, Seggiovia, ATV, Cavallo e altro

Horrible both Viator and this tour company. Got an email saying my tour was canceled and then told I couldn’t get a refund even though Viator cancelled. The operator claim I refused to pay the upgrade fee, a lie as I said I would gladly do it before the tour was cancelled. Customer service put me on hold for about 3 hours to do nothing for me. Never booking from this app or this tour.

It’s a 7 hour day that could be condensed into 4. Every activity takes forever to start. The staff were pleasant which makes the excursion recommendable. The ATV experience could have been better. They stop continuously to act as if the experience is longer than it is. Buyer beware: if you purchase this experience wanting to be a single rider/driver they automatically pair two or three other people (strangers) to fill the space. I’ve had longer and better ATV experiences elsewhere.

The variety of activities included in the 7-in-1 excursion was incredible. We loved the ATVs, zip lining, horseback riding, scenic chairlift, cultural tour, and lunch. The park is beautiful, well-maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the day. There was truly something for everyone, and our entire group—from adults to children—had an amazing time. I really loved that there were also fun for the littles to do around the park as certain activities they weren’t allowed to participate in-like the playground, pony ride and even the play room. My only suggestion for improvement would be the order of the activities. We completed the chairlift, zip lining, ATVs, tour, lunch, and then horseback riding. Since the ATV portion was very muddy (which was fun!), we had to rinse off afterward and ended up staying wet for the rest of the day. I think the experience would be even better if the muddy activities were scheduled toward the end of the excursion, or if there was an opportunity for guests to dry off or change before continuing. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. The views were breathtaking, the activities were well organized, and the entire experience was worth every penny. I would absolutely recommend La Hacienda Park to anyone visiting Punta Cana, and I would definitely return on my next visit!

VIP package with tour guide Oscar was amazing. Highly recommend spending the extra on the VIP package. I would also ask for Oscar if you have the opportunity to do so.

My family and I had a tremendous time. We had so much fun!! This experience made us very happy and for some of us it was part of our bucket list. Thanks to Frank, our guide, who always stayed vigilant and willing to help we had a blast as a family. Thank you Frank again. Ely

Our guide, Oreo, was incredible! I would book any excursion if she was the guide!! We had so much fun. We learned some culture, the food was better than our resort and our guide was FANTASTIC! I wish there was a more advanced level for buggies and horse back riding but, overall great experience!!

We booked this one after some research. We were initially hesitant because our hotel didn't appear on their list of pickups but they coordinated with us and pickup was seamless. Spend the day there and did a few activities. Will be smart to bring towels and a change of clothes cuz you will get wet and muddy. We brought waters but they have stations throughout. Place is busy but they have it down to the tee so you don't feel rushed or on top of each other. Our excursion didn't come with lunch which I recommend as an add on because for 10 dollars you get a great family style buffet lunch with food that tastes awesome. We liked the atv/cart riding, horse riding and of course zipline. Overall it is one of the best excursions in my opinion and worth booking it. Again people as throughout our stay was super nice and polite.

La Hacienda Park was very different from what we expected. This was purchased for us as a gift so we did not look into it much. We thought it would be a park where you could explore at your own pace and choose the activities you wanted to do. Instead, you're assigned to a group with a tour guide and a professional photographer, and everyone follows the same schedule. Our group started with horseback riding, which I wasn't able to participate in because of the weight limit. From there, we took a safari truck to a small village where we visited a petting zoo and sampled Mamajuana, which was a fun experience. Next came the zipline, which also had a weight limit, followed by the chairlift. While I was able to ride the chairlift, it mainly transported guests to another area where many of the activities also had weight restrictions. The buggy rides looked like a lot of fun, although everyone returned absolutely covered in mud so be prepared if you choose that activity! After the safari portion, we decided to separate from our group and spend some time enjoying the main park instead. There was a fun parrot show, a live band that created a great atmosphere, and a lunch buffet. Unfortunately, the buffet was disappointing. The food selection was fairly simple, and seeing dead flies inside some of the serving dishes made us lose our appetite. You get one water to enjoy your lunch and additional drinks have to be purchased. Seems like for $10 USD you should have free refills on water. Our tour guide did an excellent job making sure I was aware of which activities I could participate in and was very thoughtful about helping us stay comfortable and enjoy the day despite the limitations. The professional photographer also captured some wonderful photos of us. As with many excursions in Punta Cana, though, be prepared for another photo upsell at the end of the tour. Overall, La Hacienda Park has a lot to offer, but I recommend researching the activity schedule and weight restrictions before booking. If you're expecting to freely explore the park on your own, you may be disappointed. However, if you enjoy guided excursions with a variety of activities, you'll likely have a good time.

The experience was amazing! Very organized. The safari part could have been better characterized as a pit stop as there aren’t many animals to see. Activities were great! Well supported on the horse ride and on the zip lines!! Leave your phone in the locker!! Get the picture packet at the end! They do an amazing job capturing everything and it was quite cost effective… even for a large group! Food was great too!! A few options for vegans too. Transportation from our resort was timely. Highly recommended for value and experience!
