La prossima attrazione è arrivare in una casa molto vecchia come 150 anni fa i viaggiatori avranno l'opportunità di vedere, toccare cose come sedie molto vecchie, letto, cucina e godersi il pass. The listing says it is 9 activities that include hanging bridges and Macao Beach as well as a typical Dominican house. We did not experience those three things. There is a lot of wait time in between each activity where you start to get bored and ready to go. Beware of the people outside the cave with the animals, especially the large man with the monkey. He will put the animal on you without permission and tell you that you need to pay something. I had to reach out to my transportation provider to get details about pickup because they had not reached out to me. Overall I would give it a 6/10 for the price compared to experience.

The option selected in this reservation was not the full 9-activity package; it included two activities only, according to the package chosen at the time of booking. Gave us a half day instead of full day so we only got to do 4 things instead of all 9 which mad me sad
This was hands down our favorite day of the trip! From the moment our driver took us off-road to kick off the adventure, we knew we were in for an unforgettable day. Every activity was somehow even better than the last. We went zip lining, drove buggies through the countryside, swam in a beautiful cave, rode horses, and made memories we’ll never forget. It was a long day, but every minute was worth it. If you’re considering this excursion, do it—you won’t regret it. It was worth every penny!
Please don’t be fouled by this they is only 4 activity zip lines last 15 mins and that’s for 5 of them one after the other but 1 hour waiting to start then sat around another 30 mins then activity 2 is a talk about coffee and chocolate then taste it with another 30 mins waiting around activity 3 is a 40mins walking on horses and I mean walking some didn’t even want to walk bless them then straight on to the buggy’s witch it’s fun but no breaks and you just follow a leader and slow pace the water holes are fun activity then to dinner dinner was good this is the first drink you get offered at 2pm after been on road since 7.30 am Then from dinner I fake village dance after another 30 mins hanging around then to the cave 40 mins in the cave Then 2 dances outside finishing the day at this point we just wanted to get out of the cattle market it had been all day 50 plus people in each group and then in cave 3 groups together And do not pay for there photos unless you have a bikini girl in your party or you not getting pics All the photographers was only interested if the girls have there bits out we had to get a refund on pics after we was ignored all day by them until we complained in the cave took 2 pics after that but we watched 7 photographs taking pics in 40 different poses And can’t take your phone on zip line and don’t stop on buggy’s so we got no pics of the family day out that cost over $500 You are there all day and do 2 hours max doing 4 activities the rest is just in a Que or sat waiting
Booking is easy but we did not get all of the attractions that they present. When questioned about it at the time of the activities they stated it was a misrepresentation and there was nothing that they could do. Requested a refund for the portion that we did not get and it was rejected. 3 of the attractions not completed but a full payment was given.
They will more than likely call me a scammer. They already have done that to other bad reviewers. We paid for a full day nine attractions and only received four out of nine. We also didn't get the lunch that was supposed to be included. We brought this to their attention and basically was told they would not take care of us. The four attractions we did do we really enjoyed.... But with that being said we didn't enjoy the other 5 or lunch because they didn't give them to us. Save your money and book with someone else. Viator also has done nothing to help with a refund or even a half refund since we did enjoy almost half of the activities. The one complaint I have about one of the activities is the buggys. They are fun but if you like speed and true bugging the don't waste your time. They maybe go 30 mph and you are stopping all the time and they are constantly telling you to slow down when you're not going fast at all. I get they want to take care of their buggys but I would have more fun on a golf cart.
The excursions were fun! There was a lot of waiting time between excursions, which was a drag. Overall, 3/5.

Got to do lots of the activities through the park (zip line, horseback riding, buggies, and cave swim) Guides were fun and entertaining!
Me and my friends are not receive a service that we was offered on this app. No one came to pick us up. We’re in a foreign place so we don’t know how to even access the location.
My friend stop telling lie. Remember you booked without transportation. And you called me in private asking me to send someone because your Uber driver got lost. So, we are not responsible. You enjoyed all the 9 attractions, the food, the tainos show, the buggy, the cave, the Dominican Carnival, the drinks, the horses back riding, everything… You called me in private asking me to refund you 200 usd, if not you would leave a bad review. Shavonte Harrell! You are a scammer !! The other companies must pay attention with you. Everyone can read that!!!
