Amazing Mt. Fuji one-day tour! Our guide, Sia, was very professional, responsible, and caring. She was well-organized, paid attention to every detail, and made sure everyone had a great experience. Sia was also very friendly and interacted with everyone in the group, creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere throughout the trip. Thanks to her, the tour was smooth, enjoyable, and memorable. Highly recommend this tour, especially if you have Sia as your guide!

We had a wonderful time on our Mount Fuji one-day tour, and we are truly grateful to our amazing tour guide, Sia, for making the experience so enjoyable and memorable. Sia was incredibly professional, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire trip. She explained everything clearly, took great care of everyone in the group, and created a fun and friendly atmosphere by interacting with us warmly. We will always remember this wonderful experience. I really enjoyed the tour. I would remove a few of the photo stops to allow more time at the lake. Sia, the guide, was very kind and extremely attentive with everyone — she’s an excellent tour guide.

The worst tour company ever, don’t book, same company with many tour guides and all say nothing do with me, found your tour guide. Tour guide not answering the phone. Even answer 20 mins after pick up time and say oh no you should found me and hang up the phone. I not the only one, other people also can’t found there tour guide, ever you shout out loud across with the name of your guide.

Don't book Don't book, is the most confused meet you pick up point, I was there 20mins early, found many tour guides with the same company, Even I know my bus number and the name of tour guide, there all say to me, found the tour guide nothings do with me. Rang the tour guide for half hour no answer, when finally answer wher everyone left, she answer and all she says is 'oh no' and hang up after me.

The trip to Mount Fuji was an exciting experience that enriched us. The volcano is imposing and elegant, the view breathtaking, the places we visited are very well cared for and very characteristic. The punctual organization. Yong, our guide, proved accurate in instructions, kind and considerate.

I could not leave review on actual booked tour, obviously that is how they reduce leaving bad reviews. Hopefully, people will see this here and save themselves! Tour name: Mount Fuji G line: Mount Fuji Instagrammable Spots One-Day Tour Date: 06.04.2025. Guide: Shiv Kumar Singh 1. We had difficulties finding the meeting point on Google (yes, we know how to use it). 2. Departing time was 08:30 AM, everybody was there even before that time - we left after 09:30 AM - the guide was not that approachable when many people wanted answers what is happening and when are we leaving. 3. When finally departed, the guide was constantly reminding us we need to hurry up on each location we visited, quickly take photos and run back to bus!! WE ALL PAID FOR FULL TOUR LOCATIONS AND WERE ROBBED HALF OF THEM!!! Funny the guide was all the time telling us WE need to be on time, but they messed up the time already in the beginning!! 4. Guide told us we cannot drink and eat anything in the bus, we were stuck in HEAVY traffic on the highway, did not move on road for 5 hours, people were in agony for the toilet, there was an emergency - one passenger was not feeling well - we gave him some sweets to eat, thankfully the nice bus driver called an ambulance. 5. When stopped for the toilet, there was que, I told my husband: “I am so sure the bus will leave before making sure everybody is back.” And that happened!! We were yelling to the guide some people are missing, THEN guide and his friend started double counting (the friend looked like the math is not mathing). 6. When we came to Arakurayama Park, the guide gave us 30 minutes to climb million stairs up, quickly take pictures when we reach the top (the top was sooo crowded), and come down the stairs - all of that in 30 minutes!!!! The climb itself was minimum 20 minutes!!!! Ofcourse the guide was not at the meeting point, he left so many of passengers behind!!! We met him halfway and warned him there are lost people behind us who cannot find their way back to the bus!!!! 7. Lunch - the guide was asking people in the bus would they like to eat in his organised lunch mansion or somewhere else (McDonalds, etc.). Most of us were naive to tell him we want the mansion - 12€ per person for unlimited bad food!!! The “mansion” looked like illegal place and we overheard the guide and owner how the guide promised he would bring more people!!!! Also, some passengers told us they wanted to eat somewhere else accros the road, but the guide forbid them!! ALL OF US WERE SERIOUSLY ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE DAY AND THE TOUR AND THIS “GUIDE”, PEOPLE PLEASE BE AWARE THIS IS HUGE SCAM!!!!!!!!

We went on this day tour. There is a lot crammed into one day, but it was great and our guide was absolutely lovely (KO). He chatted throughout the tour and was very funny and knowledgeable. Thank you for making it such a great experience KO.
