Tour Panoramico & Snorkeling in Haxhi Ali Cave & Karaburun

I was at the location and made every effort to find the meeting point. The address provided for the office could not be found, and the tour operator did not respond to my messages. I eventually had to ask for help at the port, where I was given the actual meeting point. When I arrived and explained the situation, the operator shouted at me. After I asked him to stop shouting, I was told to leave and was refused participation in the tour. What is particularly disappointing is that Viator refused to refund me despite my explanation of what happened. I paid for a service that I did not receive. The communication, treatment by the operator, and Viator’s handling of my complaint were extremely disappointing. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this tour.

We booked the tour to Haxhi Ali Cave & Karaburun with our two children, partly because the description explicitly advertised snorkeling equipment, soft drinks, swimming/snorkeling in the cave, and several swimming stops. Unfortunately, almost none of that was present in reality: • No snorkeling equipment was provided • No soft drinks on board • No swimming/snorkeling in the cave – we did drive into it, but without the possibility of getting into the water there as described. • Instead of several swimming stops, there was only a single stop for swimming. That is a shame, because these points in particular were the deciding factors for us – as a family with children – for booking. The only positive thing to highlight is our guide, who was friendly, attentive, and concerned about our children – that was really the only thing that saved the afternoon. We would like the tour description to either be adjusted or for the advertised services to actually be provided – as it is, an unnecessarily bitter aftertaste remains for an otherwise beautiful excursion destination.

It was very cool trip and we saw amazing places. The guide was very helpful and friendly. Only minus was that the boat was very crowded and we bought tickets including the snorkelling equipment but there was only one left when we needed it so we had to share.

it was canceled the same morning due to bad weather, they wrote to me in the chat to ask for a refund, I asked for the refund via email and no one is answering me

The trip was not as expected. We thought we were going to have some exciting bath stops, but it wasn’t. The description of the tour did not match with the detailed itinerary.

You make an hour of boat tight like sardines to 15 people. To land in a magnificent cave with 6 boats filled to the brim with people. From there, we explain that we are not allowed to dive and we leave in five minutes. And off we go again for 30 minutes of navigation. We are parked on a beach with 500 people, private deckchairs, a beach club and a 5 meter limit for wading. We foolishly took the option "dive mask" 5€ per person for nothing. And besides, we have to hurry downstairs because they have to go get some more to do the same ride again. "We'll be back in two and a half hours." Worst excursion of my life! Big waste of money and time.

Beautiful outing and friendly staff, nevertheless it is no longer possible to swim in the cave, so it is necessary to update the title of the outing. We are also numerous on the boats.

The excursion was good but we dont do snorkelling and we contracted the excursion with snorkell. We only visit the cave and then, we go directly at the beach. We didn’t do any stop to do snkorelling so we felt lied. We are disapointed, Steven was good but the excursion isnt it was that we hope.
