Very nice experience, I would do it again and I recommend it.
Great experience. Mathias was the skipper of the RHIB. He can sail like the best. Several small beaches, two caves including the blue gem cave visited. Furthermore, many powerboat moves made with the RHIB. Was a unique experience.

Yesterday, my husband, my son, and I went on this trip based on the recommendation of my brother and sister, who traveled with this agency last week and were absolutely delighted with their experience. They told us they had an amazing and exciting day, with great music and a fun atmosphere on the boat throughout the trip. They were also offered sandwiches, beer, soft drinks, and water all day long, so we expected the same level of service. The departure was scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but we didn't leave until 11:15 a.m. We arrived at the meeting point at 10:15 as instructed. The staff called all the passengers' names but left the last ten of us waiting. Around 10:40 we were taken to the dock, where we had to wait again until 11:10 before boarding an older boat. It was obvious that the agency had failed to arrange the third boat on time and had found this older one at the last minute. At first everything seemed fine. There was some quiet music and the ride was pleasant. On the way out we visited four locations. However, on the way back the weather became windy, but the skipper kept driving at high speed over the waves. Those of us sitting at the front were forced to hold on tightly because we were constantly thrown into the air and slammed back onto our seats. At first it was funny and we laughed, but after repeatedly crashing down onto the seats, it became painful rather than enjoyable. The skipper saw our reactions and heard our cries of pain, yet he continued driving fast without slowing down. Near the end of the trip, the wooden seat under my son broke because of the force with which he was repeatedly thrown onto it. Instead of acknowledging the way he had been driving, the skipper asked my son how he had managed to break the seat, saying that it had never happened before. In the end, it seemed that my son was blamed instead of the skipper. Everyone sitting at the front of the boat ended up sore and bruised from the ride. Our necks were jolted several times, and I was genuinely afraid mine would be seriously injured. Even today, both my son and I still have neck pain. In fact, our entire bodies hurt from being thrown around the boat, and we feel completely battered. On the return trip we didn't visit a single additional location. My brother and sister visited a total of eight places on the same tour, while we saw only four, even though we paid for the longer and more expensive route because we wanted to see everything. In the end, it felt like we had wasted our money. The skipper wanted to visit Haxhi Ali Cave but was apparently afraid to enter because of the waves and the old boat, while another boat in front of us entered the cave without any problem. As a result, we missed this beautiful cave as well as several other locations, because after that we headed straight back to Vlora. We were told that the trip would last eight hours, but we returned at 6:05 p.m., meaning the excursion ended about an hour earlier than promised. This morning, all three of us woke up stiff and in pain all over our bodies, as if a bulldozer had run over us. What was supposed to be a wonderful day full of excitement and adventure turned into one of the worst days we've had in a long time. I am extremely disappointed, and after this experience I would never choose to travel with this agency again, nor would I recommend it to anyone.
Terrible experience both with the local operator and with Viator's customer service. I booked the premium option "Blue Cave – Food, Beer & Drinks" paying the amount of €98.00, convinced that food and an open bar were included, unlike the basic rate sold at €61.50. Once on board, the reality was embarrassing: there was no food (only meager snacks) and I was given only one drink. Talking with the other passengers and checking the official website of the local operator (Infinit Adventures), it emerged that this premium option simply does NOT EXIST in their catalog. The local operator only offers the basic package (which on their site costs €55). In summary: Viator sells on its portal an enhanced service that the local operator does not offer and cannot provide. The most serious issue was Viator's customer service: despite providing all the photographic evidence of the discrepancy and screenshots of the operator's site, they refused to grant me a refund for the difference. Stay away from the option with food and drinks: you will pay almost €40 more for receiving absolutely nothing. Deceptive service and customer protection is non-existent. Strongly discouraged.
We had a very, very beautiful day! The atmosphere was great, and the team made sure everyone was comfortable. The places we visited were magnificent🤩 Unlimited drinks. However, it is unfortunate that the sandwiches were not kept cool enough.
It was a fun experience and everyone from the company was very professional and made sure we were well Taken care of and having a good time.
