Scopri alcune delle calette più spettacolari di Maiorca con un'esperienza guidata di paddle surf e snorkeling in piccoli gruppi (massimo 8 partecipanti). Molte delle spiagge più famose dell'isola sono difficili da raggiungere a causa degli accessi limitati, dei parcheggi spesso al completo e dell'elevata affluenza durante l'estate. Noi ci occupiamo di tutta l'organizzazione, così tu dovrai solo rilassarti e goderti l'esperienza. In compagnia di una guida locale esplorerai acque cristalline, grotte marine, punti panoramici e angoli nascosti, praticando paddle surf e snorkeling. L'esperienza include tavole da paddle surf, attrezzatura completa per lo snorkeling, una GoPro per immortalare i momenti più belli, ombrelloni, frigoriferi portatili con ghiaccio e l'assistenza della guida durante tutta l'attività. Lo spostamento tra il punto d'incontro e il luogo in cui si svolge l'attività, con rientro al termine dell'esperienza, è incluso come parte dell'attività. Non è un'esperienza in barca, è in furgone.

Itinerario
1. Raccolta e partenza La raccolta avviene vicino al tuo alloggio, normalmente presso il supermercato più vicino (di solito a meno di 10 minuti a piedi). Questo punto viene utilizzato per facilitare la logistica e permettere ai partecipanti di acquistare bevande o snack prima della partenza se lo desiderano. Una volta riunito il gruppo, inizieremo il tragitto verso la cala o la zona selezionata nella tua prenotazione.
2. Tragitto verso la cala Ci dirigeremo verso la cala o la spiaggia scelta nella tua prenotazione. Durante il viaggio, la guida condividerà informazioni sulla zona e sulla costa di Maiorca. Nel caso in cui le condizioni del mare o altri fattori esterni non permettano di godere del luogo in sicurezza, verrà proposta una cala alternativa con condizioni migliori per garantire la migliore esperienza possibile.
3. Esperienza nella cala Arrivo alla cala o alla spiaggia selezionata. Qui installeremo ombrelloni, borse frigo e tutta l’attrezzatura necessaria per godere dell’ambiente. Avrai tempo per rilassarti, esplorare punti panoramici, fare piccole passeggiate lungo la costa, scoprire grotte con il paddle surf oppure esplorare i fondali marini facendo snorkeling nelle acque cristalline del Mediterraneo.
4. Ritorno Dopo aver goduto dell’esperienza nella cala, torneremo al furgone per iniziare il viaggio di ritorno. Il rientro sarà tranquillo e rilassato, con musica chill, perfetto per concludere una giornata ideale esplorando le spiagge e le calette di Maiorca.

Informazioni importanti sul pick-up: Il giorno prima dell’escursione, alle 20:00, riceverai un messaggio WhatsApp con l’orario esatto del pick-up, insieme al numero di telefono della tua guida. Il pick-up avverrà presso il supermercato più vicino al tuo hotel (la posizione esatta verrà comunicata il giorno prima). Questo perché trasportiamo borse frigo con ghiaccio, così potrai conservare cibo e bevande da consumare durante l’escursione. Se non sei stato contattato entro il giorno precedente al tour, ti chiediamo di contattarci immediatamente tramite WhatsApp. Si tratta di un’esperienza condivisa, quindi sono benvenute prenotazioni individuali e gruppi inferiori a quattro persone. Tuttavia, per poter svolgere l’attività è richiesto un minimo di 4 partecipanti. La tua prenotazione sarà confermata una volta raggiunto questo numero minimo per la fascia oraria scelta. Se il minimo non viene raggiunto, ti contatteremo in anticipo per offrirti delle alternative, come cambiare data o unirti a un altro gruppo già confermato.

We entered "boat tour Mallorca" into the search bar, and this advertisement was then shown to us. Accordingly, we thought that the SUP tour and snorkeling were included, and the description in the plural, "the most beautiful bays and beaches," also suggested to us that we would be doing a tour around the area. The shuttle pickup worked well. Once we arrived, we were at a beach and asked where the boat was. Another family also assumed it was a boat tour. We were informed of the reality and were surprised how it is possible for two separate groups to misunderstand this offer so much. The photos with the GoPro and the guided SUP tour also did not take place. We had to fend for ourselves and drive around on our own. Furthermore, we were only at one beach the entire time. In the end, we should have read more carefully what we were booking, but when we wrote to customer service and explained our concerns—for example, why the price is so high—the messages were eventually just read and we received no further response, which disappointed us greatly.

La experiencia se describe como una actividad de paddle surf, y en ningún momento se anuncia un “tour guiado en paddle surf”. Lo que se indica es que se proporciona el equipo necesario para que los participantes puedan realizar la actividad. Precisamente por este motivo, durante nuestras conversaciones contigo te pedimos en varias ocasiones que nos indicaras dónde aparecía en la descripción que la experiencia incluía un barco. Te ofrecimos incluso realizar un reembolso del 100% si podías mostrarnos esa información, ya que, si efectivamente la descripción indicara que se trataba de una excursión en barco, asumiríamos que la información proporcionada por nosotros no era suficientemente clara. Sin embargo, no recibimos ninguna referencia ni parte de la descripción donde se indicara que había un barco. Las últimas comunicaciones dejaron de recibir respuesta por nuestra parte porque, después de varias conversaciones en las que explicamos exactamente lo mismo y solicitamos esa información, no había ningún elemento nuevo que pudiéramos revisar o solucionar. Entendemos que una expectativa diferente pueda resultar frustrante, pero es importante distinguir entre que una experiencia no sea lo que uno esperaba y que la información de la actividad sea incorrecta. En este caso, la experiencia reservada no se anuncia como un paseo en barco. Contamos con cientos de reseñas de clientes que han realizado esta misma experiencia y han disfrutado de ella, por lo que lamentamos que en vuestro caso se haya producido esta interpretación. Aun así, tomamos cualquier comentario en serio y estaremos encantados de revisar cualquier parte concreta de la descripción que consideréis que pueda resultar confusa. Mi consejo es que la próxima vez leas mejor la descripción porque claramente habla de una experiencia en furgoneta con equipación de paddle surf y snorkel Saludos
This is a must do! It is a great experience and a lot of fun was had. We attended the evening tour and were given clear instructions prior to the pick up on what was required and what the excursion involved. The pick up was within walking distance of our hotel and our guide Felipe was extremely warm and friendly from start to finish and such a professional who clearly takes his job with a lot of pride. To the point where at both locations he took great pride in asking my partner “ how do you like my office!” The first stop was at a gorgeous private beach that had stunning views. We were all provided with the equipment and given clear instructions on how to use them. Given that this was our first time snorkelling and paddle boarding, we felt we were in good hands. We were then taken to a second spot where we got to watch the sunset which was stunning and just the perfect ending to the tour. My family and I had so much fun and this was a great memorable Mallorcan experience, we have now made great memories all thanks to Felipe and the company! We have since recommended it to other tourists in our hotel complex and labelled it as a must do while on the island.

Myself and my fiancee originally booked this tour as it was advertised as atleast a portion taking place on a boat. We were supposed to snorkle and paddleboard as well. We ended up spending a total of nearly 3 hours in a van driving, and a total of 3 hours at 2 different beaches. The beaches were fine, but nothing we couldn't have driven to ourselves. We additionally did not even get offered the chance to snorkel or paddleboard at the 2nd beach. 5/8 of our tour group all spoke to each other and confirmed that we expected to get some time on a boat that day, which is the only thing that possibly could have justified the price of $170 USD per person. I have had great experience on Viator until this tour, but lightly feel as though we were tricked/scammed on the listing versus what the final result of the day was.

De hecho, tanto el título, como la descripción y las fotografías muestran claramente que se trata de una excursión en furgoneta entre diferentes calas de Mallorca. Entendemos la frustración que puede generar reservar una actividad esperando algo diferente, pero en este caso esa expectativa no formaba parte de lo que ofrecemos. Precisamente por eso contamos con una descripción detallada y fotografías para que cada cliente sepa exactamente qué está contratando antes de reservar. Respecto a los comentarios de otros participantes, basta con leer las reseñas para comprobar que la inmensa mayoría describe exactamente la experiencia que anunciamos. De hecho, incluso hay una reseña publicada muy cerca de la suya de un cliente que viajaba el mismo día y que destaca que recibió exactamente lo que esperaba. Después de más de 400 reseñas de 5 estrellas, creemos que queda demostrado que nuestra descripción refleja fielmente la actividad. Si realmente anunciáramos un paseo en barco que luego no existiera, sería imposible mantener esa valoración. Esperamos que en futuras reservas pueda revisar con más detalle la descripción de la actividad para elegir la experiencia que realmente busca. Le deseamos lo mejor y muchas gracias por su visita a Mallorca. PD: Es muy triste ver personas que descargan su enfado por su propio error en contra de la reseña, pero nosotros sabemos muy bien que su reseña no nos representa, ojala la próxima vez aprenda de esta situación y lea la descripción de lo que contrata que para eso esta.
One of the best excursions we’ve ever done. We had Theo as our guide, and he was absolutely fantastic. He took us away from the busy tourist spots to a beautiful beach that felt like a hidden gem. The day had everything we were hoping for. We snorkeled in crystal-clear water, explored sea caves, and even did some cliff jumping. Theo provided everything we needed, including snorkeling masks and beach umbrellas, so the whole experience was completely stress-free. Theo was friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone felt safe while still having an amazing adventure. It felt much more like spending the day with a local friend than being on a typical tour. If you’re visiting Mallorca and want to experience somewhere off the beaten track instead of the crowded tourist beaches, I can’t recommend this tour enough. Wow! Excellent day exploring a few hidden beaches and swimming! The scenery was outstanding! The real highlight of the day was our amazing guide Felipe! He was so friendly and helpful! This was easily the most beautiful beach day of my life. The water was crystal clear and warm. Santiago was a spectacular guide, helping with paddle boards, carrying the cooler, transporting us from cove to cove, and guiding us to remote spots we would have never been able to do on our own. This was a fantastic day!
