I booked this private transfer from LaGuardia Airport to Brooklyn because of the great reviews, and the service exceeded every expectation. Shortly after booking, I received a thoughtful message thanking me for my reservation and confirming my meet-and-greet on arrival, which immediately gave me confidence I had chosen the right service. What impressed me most was the communication — while my plane was still taxiing to the gate, I received a text from my greeter letting me know he was already waiting for me. It felt wonderful knowing I wouldn’t have to wait. I spotted my greeter right away heading down to baggage claim, holding an iPad with my name, and he warmly escorted me to my waiting car. The car was spotless, comfortable, and even smelled great — a perfect welcome after an early morning flight. My driver, Khalid, was incredibly friendly, professional, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the ride home. But what truly blew me away was the level of service at drop-off — when we arrived at my residence, Khalid took my luggage and carried it right to my door for me. That level of care is rare. From the flawless meet-and-greet to the warm, attentive service, this was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I will absolutely use them again.
