Larry was excellent. He provided exceptional customer service. We were here for the day and it started raining however that didn't keep us from bike riding. The paved trails are very nice and nicely marked. The seafront trail was beautiful..pretty scenery. When we were done Larry was there waiting on us. He even got us towels to dry us off.. When we started, he had a back pack, helmets, bottled water for us. I would highly recommend . We stopped and had a nice lunch at Tap where we had a view of the water.

Super experience. Larry was really accommodating and great at communicating beforehand. Bikes were great quality and easy to use. Included locks and bags to store small items.

What an awesome experience! The rental company was amazing and made sure we were on the right track as we went into Stanley Park. Couldn't have been any easier to pick up and deposit bike when we were finished. I would definitely rent from this company again.

We rented the e-bikes for 4 hours and had a great time. Toured Stanley Park and Coal Harbour. The host was very helpful and the bikes were comfortable. Will rent again.
