FANTASTIC, FRIENDLY, EXCELLENT SERVICE. GREAT EXPERIENCE. We wanted to say a big thank you to the team at Motorvina, especially to Han who delivered the bikes and his colleague Tai who delivered our cases to our hotel in Hoi An. The Communication was excellent from start to finish, on email and through WA. Our bikes arrived on time and we were checked for our permits. Han was super friendly and provided lot's of places where we could visit on the trip, including a google maps route. When we arrived in Hoi An, Tai ensured that our cases were delivered to our hotel on time. I am happy to recommend Motorvina and the team to anyone wanting to do the same trip as us. The experience riding the pass was unforgettable and the bikes performed very well and were in good condition. Everything was amazing scooter dropped off in the morning at the hotel. Was sent a link with places to visit on my ride, and everything was waiting for me when I dropped off the scooter when I arrived in Hoi An from Hue.

This was a fantastic trip ! I shared a bike with my girlfriend and the guide gave us a Google maps link with all the stops along the way. It took us around 9hrs in total from Hue to Hoi An and our bags were waiting for us at our hotel. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to experience travelling the Hai Van pass on their own. This was a bucket list activity that I will remember for the rest of my life !

Brilliant trip up for hoi an to hue - bike worked v well and Thinh and Ream were really helpful! Drove to Da Nang first then on to the main part the next day, which they were fine with which makes it a more enjoyable ride.

Excellent experience and top notch service. Bags delivered with no problems to our hotel in Hoi An. Host was in contact with us throughout the day and suggested many places to see and eat. We got use of the bike for the following day in Hoi An also. Only negative of the day was from the waterfall stop to the lunch spot on the route where it was on a busy section of road but there was no way around it. Excellent service! 10/10

Excellent service, we had to change the date of our booking and the guys at motorvina did it for us no problem. Good quality bike, with helmets and a google maps sent across to us to use for directions and sight seeing spots along the way. When we arrived in Hue, Hai was more than helpful with our bags!

Bike rental was smooth, bikes in good condition, and Tai was very helpful on our arrival to Hoi An. 100% recommended....

So much fun! But a very long ride. Make sure to start early in the morning to hit all the places and to avoid traffic and riding at night. This was our first time riding a motorbike. The guide was very helpful and gave us some tips and allowed us to practice on the pavement before practicing on the main roads. After 20 minutes we were good to go! Lovely trip snd service. Would highly recommend!

We booked the scooter rental already from Italy, the pickup We did it at the Hué office and we delivered it 2 days later to Danang. And absolutely everything organized very well We left the backpacks and picked them up in the evening at the motorvina headquarters in HOIAN, so as to travel without luggage. The next morning we requested that the luggage be delivered to us at the danang headquarters. I highly recommend it for those who want to move in complete autonomy even on several stages. MOTORVINA TOP!!!!!!!!!!

We had a great day following the route on scooters. The day was planned perfectly and the stops we made were unique and off the beaten path. We would highly recommend this day tour. Our luggage arrived at our hotel and the scooters were picked up within 10 minutes of arriving to our hotel in Hoi An. The highlight of our trip to Vietnam. Professional staff too!!!
