Il nostro staff si trova sulla spiaggia sotto l'albero di Pohutukawa a Goat Island. Parcheggia in cima alla collina ed è una breve passeggiata. In alternativa, utilizzare la zona di carico per far scendere tutti i passeggeri in fondo alla collina e parcheggiare l'auto in cima.

A wonderful experience, especially if the day is clear and not so windy! Lovely staff, who were quite helpful in spotting marine life for us! Apologies if I got the staff name wrong !
Good but over priced and too over crowded plus the boats are scratched up making it hard to see through them. We discovered if you put some water in the bottom you can see more. Would I do it again No. Would I recommend if no probably not. Would I recommend going to goat island with a snorkel yes but take your own as they are over priced as well.
Was such a fun and relaxing experience. Was quite windy so we couldn't see a lot through the bottom of the kayak but was still so much fun. The operators were really friendly and chilled and allowed us to start a little later as we were the last lot for the day. The scenery is magnificent. Highly recommend.
Beautiful walk in something that looked like a transparent bath. Nice info and service before we left at 10. Good time as it is a small beach and limited p-place. There was wind and waves when we were there, but the staff kept an eye on us with kikkert and via surfboards. Some snorkeling in the water. We got padded into caves, seen waterfalls and fish! The water was delicious and turquoise colored. 90 min was fine, no longer
It was an exciting experience to watch the underwater world through the transparent kayak. It's worth trying.😊

This was our first time trying a kayak glass boat, and the staff was super helpful. They even helped us reschedule due to the weather, which worked out perfectly since it turned out to be a really beautiful day. The sea near the cave was a vibrant green, and the boat itself was gorgeous. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, guiding us through the kayak and even taking photos for us – they really went above and beyond!

Turned up early. No one was there to provide access to kayaks. Could not get hold of anyone. The “experience” was not refundable. Not good enough.
Hey there, if your experience was cancelled by us, it's definitely refundable. We're weather-dependent, so occasionally have to cancel because of wind, waves, etc. We send an email if we do have to cancel & also update our website each morning to let customers know - (which we state in as many places as we can before & after you book) When we’re open, our team sets up on the beach, helps you fit your lifejackets, and provides a safety briefing. They also help you in and out of the kayak, so due to safety, you can't collect them yourself. We had such a great experience! The attendant prepared us really well before kayaking, which was reassuring since most of us were beginner swimmers. The whole ride was calm and serene, sunshine above, crystal-clear water below, and even a few friendly fish along the way.
