Outstanding!! If you visit NYC then try and make time to visit. If you don’t like heights it’ll make you twitch but the views are with it
it was okay nice views but not much included the bar was closed when we were there so we were pretty much done in half hour! the shop was overpriced!
Thank you for sharing your review with us! We are glad you enjoyed the views during your visit. We appreciate your feedback regarding our bar and shop. Guest perspectives are valuable as we continue to refine our guest offerings and experience. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another visit.
Great views but not much to do there - views of building itself are stunning - the photo taking offer isn’t worth the money
This was a whole experience WITH the best view in NYC! I was not expecting everything leading up to the actual 360° view. WOW!
Unfortunately poor viewing due to weather. Recommend booking on day of planned visit to ensure weather is good.
I am a military veteran and I appreciated the generous admission discount they gave me and my family. On the elevator ride up they had three screens that were AI generated that showed the development each year of NYC from the 1500s to the present 2026. We were there during the World Cup Final and enjoyed the display paying homage to the event. As you can imagine the views at the top were stunning (attached)
We booked for first up in the day. We arrived early and were able to go up right on time. Stunning views in all directions. Highly recommend.
Great view but the smoke from the Canadian wildfires partially obscured what we could see. For some unexplained reason, the bar was closed.
Certainly a beautiful view if the visibility is good. Unfortunately, it was quite hazy during our visit due to forest fires in Canada (!!).
My Family decided to do this impromptu before our admission to the 9/11 museum. We had no problem paying the fee to go up to the top but it was a little annoying all the “extras” you had to do just to get up to the top and see the views. You have to stop and get your picture taken for photos they try to sell you when you get to the top. You also have to stop and watch a movie about New York before they present the view to you which wasn’t bad but sometimes you just want to go up and see. It doesn’t need to be a whole experience. We had a perfect blue sky day so the views were incredible and the kids loved the elevator ride up and down. Super fast and fun. I would definitely recommend it to a person visiting NYC but I think it is kind of a one and done experience.
