This was a fabulous trip! We were delighted and surprised at the knowledge, level of detail, and enthusiasm of our guide. We learned a lot and saw a lot. Highly recommended!
Jay was exceptional!! Her knowledge and enthusiasm was second to none! The fact that she had 25 years in the force behind her certainly showed!! Amazing tour with Jay, and a mix of city history, NYPD history and mafia history. We lucked out and had a very small group which great and intimate. Highly recommend!

Louis “Meatballs” D’Ambrosio was hands-down one of the best tour guides we’ve ever had. This guy knows his stuff, keeps you laughing, and somehow makes walking around the city while eating your way through it feel like a completely legitimate life choice. 😂 One of the best parts was sitting down and sharing a meal with everyone on the tour. It was a great way to meet new people, swap stories, and—most importantly—eat some seriously good food! And honestly, one of the biggest surprises was the people we met along the way. We started the tour as a bunch of strangers and ended up making some great new friends. Not a bad deal! If you’re thinking about booking a food tour, use City Tours! And if you can get Louis “Meatballs” D’Ambrosio as your guide, DO IT. Really enjoyed it, 'louie meatballs' was the bizzniss, pasta and bread at John's was amazing and the canoli at the end was great. Louie was amazing, very knowledgeable, passionate and a good laugh. No question was too stupid either!

We had an absolutely fantastic time on the Mafia Tour of NYC with Jay! She was incredibly knowledgeable, entertaining, and engaging from start to finish.
