Great driver! No WiFi as advertised, but it was fine. Professional, good driver. Needed to make a stop on the way to resort and he was very helpful. Would book with this company again
We had a group of 17 they made it easy to book and accommodate all of us perfectly. They are also all very friendly.
Communication with operator was very good. They accommodated location and time changes. Driver was early.
Top shuttle Service. Fast response, good ride, clear communication. Highly recommended. Booked 3h before arrival at Cancun Airport. Driver waiting with sign at airport exit. Good fast safe ride with modern VW bus. Communication with the boss via What's App uncomplicated and binding. Paid with Paypal. Unfortunately a bit expensive but exclusive trip. Short walk to the car park from the vehicle. Driver helps with luggage.
They did not show up. We tried calling and texting the number we were given and the number on Viator. We have a refund request in to Viator. I hope to receive a refund, or we will no longer use Viator to book anything.
Reliable, very flexible, and affordable transportation services! I had some trouble contacting someone for our early morning flight, but the driver arrived on time and got us to the airport in time for our flight
The ride was good but the thing that grabbed my attention about the ride was that there was Wi-Fi in the vehicle which there wasn’t… I feel like it was false advertising and I could’ve chose something different for a better price, but the ride itself was quick and smooth

Omg!! Sooo happy we used Cancun Shuttle. They arrived at our playa del carmen Airbnb at 5:40am, 5 min early! I was so relieved!!!!!! Would definitely use them again!!
Great customer service and on time and the limo was very clean, we had to stop at one place before we go to the hotel and the driver was amazing!
