Well balanced itinerary and a great trip. Great organization, everything punctual and smooth. Our driver Leo was a big help with the tickets and is an exceptionally good driver, very professional. Certainly recommendable.

We had a good time visiting the Summer Palace and the great wall of China. However, Joe didn't accompany us to viewing either and had very little information to impart. It was confusing trying to exit the Summer Palace & find him. It would have been better to book a Taxi for the day. Disappointed not to have been given some historical information on these 2 wonderful historic sites and feel looked after on this great day out.

Our driver was very nice and drove in an extremely pleasant way. She was enormously helpful in getting the tickets: For the Great Wall of China, she even got the tickets in advance, so we didn't have to queue/wait on site. Highly recommended!!!

Jason was friendly, helpful and unobtrusive in driving us to the Summer Palace and Great Wall, for a very competitive price, in a private environment that only included our family in his car. Ticket purchases were either pre-arranged (Great Wall) or explained (Summer Palace), with pick up and drop off to our hotel. Couldn't be easier.

The tour went smoothly and coördinating places to visit was easy. We had some trouble on our end with sending some information due to bad internet and travelling but the tour operator was patient and polite. As for during the tour itself, sitting in the car was relaxing with good airconditioning. The great wall was breathtaking and the summer palace was stunning. We even recieved some tips on how to haggle for better souvenir prices 😁.

The Great Wall visit could not have been better. All credit to Jaison who took us there in time and gave all the correct advice, bought tickets for us. Service was timely, efficient, courteous and cheerful. Thanks agin to Jaison, we are really grateful.

The Great Wall is definitely unmissable if you travel to Beijing. I had to contact the tour operator the day before to ensure they had the correct time and address for pick up. Due to gale force winds, Mutianyu section was closed. I was notified of this the evening before. Unfortunately I only checked my message at 10:30pm. Luckily they responded soon after my reply advised they can take us to different sections of the wall that were still open. We ended up going to Juyongguan Pass. It was stunning. It was perhaps better (than Mutianyu) without any cable cars in sight. We were able to take our time climbing the wall and complete the circuits which took around 2 1/2 hours. There was no time pressure to get back in the car. The summer palace visit after the Great Wall was in hind sight too ambitious as our legs were aching and shaking from the steep climb earlier. I would highly recommend our driver , Mr Ma, who was punctual, courteous and enthusiastic. He speaks Mandarin.

Albert was an excellent guide for our group tour to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City. He spoke clearly, shared plenty of local insights, and kept us engaged with his humour. Highly recommend him for anyone visiting Beijing!

Excellent service! Our driver Jason met us pre-dawn at the airport in a comfortable electric car for a wonderful tour. He helped us with getting tickets and buying food. We were impressed with the flexibility on timing. We had a stunning day and a highlight was the luge ride down from the beautiful Great Wall. This trip made our long layover in Beijing a day to remember!
