Se sei preoccupato di perderti negli infiniti corridoi del museo mentre cerchi di individuare i capolavori, dimenticalo! La tua guida ti condurrà direttamente alle opere d'arte da non perdere. La Venere di Milo, la Vittoria alata di Samotracia e la Gioconda non avranno più segreti nella mente dei tuoi giovani. Sfogliando il loro opuscolo di attività, sono incoraggiati a guardare attentamente dipinti famosi per approfondire la loro comprensione dello scopo e del significato dell'arte: Perché la Gioconda sorride? Qual è il mistero nascosto nell'incoronazione di Napoleone? Le domande e le spiegazioni sono concepite per adattarsi ai livelli di età dei tuoi figli (3-6 anni o 7-12 anni). Marcella, our tour guide, was interesting and very knowledgeable. She quickly got 9-year-old grandson engaged in the treasure hunt, and he asked many questions. His Mom and I (Mamaw) raved about the tour and would highly recommend! The two of us had been here before, but we learned
We had Marcela for our tour guide of the Lourve. We were a big group of 6, 4 adults & 2 kids (ages 10 & 6). Marcela did an excellent job of taking us around the Louvre and explaining the history of the art pieces. She was able to keep the adults and kids engaged. My daughter was set on seeing the mummy at the museum, so Marcela took the time after our tour to take us to the mummy. I would highly recommend MTL for a tour of the Lourve, as it is a huge museum with a lot of art!

Our guide was Justine. She was very friendly and knowledgeable. She kept my kids engaged throughout the whole tour and even gave them a little puzzle and key chain souvenir at the end. This tour was more kid oriented so if you are looking to expirence more, this might not be the tour for you. However, it was perfect for my family with kids age 7 and 10. My kids are still talking about it!
Yael was wonderful! The kids had the very best time. She was super engaging and knowledgeable. The children loved the scavenger hunt and the grown-ups enjoyed the guidance and care. Wonderful experience, overall.

Our guide Marcella was very good and his comments very interesting. What was unsatisfactory about the organization was that it was not a treasure hunt. In the presentation of this visit it is specified - "Children will have fun solving a mystery at the famous Palais du Louvre! " Only a booklet is given to children who have to fill in boxes, that's all. My grandchildren 11 and 13 were greatly disappointed. No puzzle to solve!

Concernant la chasse au trésor, nous tenons à préciser que l'objectif du livret est d'aider les enfants à résoudre une énigme en remplissant des cases tout au long de leur parcours au Louvre. Cette approche a pour but de rendre la découverte du musée ludique tout en les incitant à observer et à réfléchir. Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que vos petits-enfants n'ont pas pleinement apprécié cette expérience. Habituellement, les enfants trouvent cette activité intéressante et amusante, mais nous prenons en compte votre retour pour continuer à améliorer notre offre et garantir une expérience enrichissante pour chaque famille. The tour company was great and our guide Laurine was amazing. Laurine made the treasure hunt/art history experience memorable for each of my kids and for us adults. She was able to meet my kids at their different developmental phases (4 year old and 7 year old), had a different booklet for each of them, and was so interactive. Thus my daughters loved her and loved learning about the art work and history and were able to walk for 2 hours in the Louvres (something that they usually whine about). The communication with the company was very reliable and seamless. I would definitely use the company again for our family travels.

Perfect way to see the Louvre with our 3 children ages 6, 9 & 11. The scavenger hunt book kept the kids interested and moving through the museum. Two hours was perfect time and flew by. Highly recommend

We did multiple tours in Paris and London over ten days with seven family members of three generations. It would not have been possible without the expert assistance starting with Dominique, who planned our visit and Sonia in Paris and Catherine in London, who were excellent guides. They engaged the teenagers and made sure the grandparent using a wheelchair was accommodated. Every tour was informative, well paced, and fun! They took such good care of our group, making adjustments as needed for traffic, kids' jet lag, etc. The kids' favorites were the Street Art and Baking Macarons workshops in Paris and the speedboat on the Thames in London. Everyone loved the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, the Tower of London and Hampton Court. There was just the right amount of history and fun facts to keep everyone going. Thank you to Meet the Locals for making this a trip of a lifetime for our family.

We booked the Family treasure hunt private tour at the Louvre, timed entry. Our tour was suppose to start at 9am. Our family arrived on time at 8:45am. Our guide was a little late, few min. We waited to enter and then proceeded. Our tour didn’t actually start until 9:20am and it was suppose to be for 2hours. Our tour ended at 10:55am. I was expected actual two hours with our guide exploring the Louvre, and instead we got 1.5hr. She had an activity book for my two young ones but basically ended it went the 2hr window was over. Beware it’s not actually two hours, but they include the time it takes to enter. I also had a teen louvre tour booked for the same time. We were a large party and the tour guide on that one had to check in her battery for her bike and we all entered at the same time. She also finished about 11:15 am (only 2hours instead of 2.5hr). I think the guide should have been able to show more and explain more. And for what the company charges, I felt it was very expensive and I didn’t get what I paid for. Beware that your actual tour will be shorter than the time listed.
Just wanted to drop a quick review letting everyone know how my family and I highly recommend the Louvre, Sainte Chapelle, Tuktuk Paris tour - special shout out to our guide, the amazing Lauren. My kids absolutely loved the treasure hunt at the Louvre. We did a handful of other tours during our Europe trip and this was by far the best.
