- Il Museo d'Orsay è chiuso ogni lunedì, 1 maggio e 25 dicembre. L'orario di apertura posticipato si applica il giovedì, per le visite a partire dalle 18 - il museo chiude alle 21:45 - ultimo accesso alle 21.
- Durante l'alta stagione, aspettatevi code ai controlli di sicurezza. Si prega di notare che il biglietto non fornisce accesso prioritario. Nei periodi più affollati, l'ingresso potrebbe richiedere più tempo del solito.
- Consigliamo di arrivare al museo almeno 2 ore prima dell’orario di chiusura in alta stagione, preferibilmente 3 ore, per garantire l’ingresso
- Biglietto valido per un solo ingresso nella data e ora indicate. Si può restare quanto si vuole, ma non si può uscire e rientrare nel museo.
- Non sono ammessi bagagli di grandi dimensioni e bagagli fino a 56x45x25 cm possono essere depositati in loco.

Don’t buy the audio from Viator. We purchased along with entrance tickets the Yo Tour site to get the audio is a joke! Never did get into site even after 30 minutes trying. Just buy the audio once you get to the museum.
This was efficient and fast. I glad I got this. The entrance is on the right hand side of the museum.

I booked eveing access to the Museum Orsay, however, when the confirmation email arrived it stated anytime entry between 9-4pm entry. I ended up bookimg the effel tower visit and when I contacted the operator, they advised there was some confusion and that the tickets actually are for the evening. Due to this confusion I ended up not able to attend as planned and lost money and experience. This was very bad mis-communication and I would recommend people turn up and buy tickets at the museum which my friend advised were cheaper.

Easy entry to the museum. Downloaded the audio beforehand and had no issues using it but it did seem lacking. It would probably be better to just go with the museum's audio guide

Highly recommend! We walked up in the afternoon and skipped a very long line outside in the heat because of the ticket type. Glad we did it!

It was very difficult to find and download the PDF for the ticket. We had to ask for help from a kind museum employee. Otherwise we were going to be denied entry. The audio tour was completely IMPOSSIBLE to download. We finally gave up on that!! Very frustrating. The only reason I didn’t give Viator 1 star instead of 3, is because the museum itself was AMAZING!!! Loved the museum. Wouldn’t use Viator again,😡
Museum was great, general admission but no lines. The app sent by vendor did not work, it downloaded but would never open. The vender sent a link to a Google Drive with a few of the audio files but without any significant organization or order to proceed. Frustrating - gave up and got the museum audio tour - much better
This was a fantastic way to see the Musee d'Orsay! We had no time stamp or limits on when the tour started and had to be used which made it very flexible for us. We were able to go to the museum at our leisure during a busy trip to France. So worth it!

Download the audio tour before you get there. Quick access to the facility. Then go to the 5th floor to begin the tour, adjacent to the cafe make sure you go outside on the 5th level to see the beautiful views
