All'arrivo in marina, i nostri Host ti riceveranno per indirizzarti alla nostra biglietteria e per poter effettuare la tua registrazione. Cogli l'occasione per scattare una foto nel nostro bellissimo e famoso parador turistico "CANCÚN". Lì i nostri Receptionist ti supporteranno dandoti le prime spiegazioni del tour, compilando il tuo contratto di adesione, assistendoti nell'uso degli armadietti e di altri punti importanti. Alla fine, si recheranno nell'area di attesa, in modo che le nostre guide certificate consegneranno la loro attrezzatura per lo snorkeling personalizzata. Alla fine della consegna dell'attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, la tua guida ti spiegherà il funzionamento delle barche, condividerà le regole del tour, così come i segnali di comunicazione tra le barche, e salperà per l'avventura! Alla fine del tour, torneremo al porto turistico per poter consegnare l'attrezzatura per lo snorkeling, ritirare i tuoi effetti personali dagli armadietti, nonché avere accesso ai bagni e alle docce. Prima di partire, il nostro team di foto e video lo farà
Navigherai con la tua barca attraverso la baia, dirigendoti verso la barriera corallina Maya, verso la laguna di Nichupté e torna al porto turistico. Seguirai la tua Guida in fila indiana. Qui puoi vedere la zona costiera del nord della nostra Città.
Il Mayan Reef fa parte della seconda barriera corallina più grande del mondo. Ci arriveremo per poter fare snorkeling. La tua guida ti supporterà in ogni momento e sarà lì per assisterti. Goditi le bellezze del mare!
Alla fine dello snorkeling, torneremo alle barche per andare a Laguna Nichupte, dove faremo un tour tra canali naturali e mangrovie. Terminato il tour a Laguna Nichupte, sarà il momento di tornare al porto turistico per terminare l'attività.

The reception lady was courteous and professional. Explained everything well. We had Juanito as our guide and the whole trip was great. He was attentive and always on the lookout for us during the snorkeling making sure everyone was safe. The speed boat drive was fun for our kids, and everyone enjoyed the trip. P.S. Make sure you read the fine print of the extra $25 charge for the National Park fee.

I loved being able to drive the boat while enjoying the different shades of blue of the Mexican Caribbean. The snorkeling halfway through the tour was also a unique and wonderful experience. Many thanks especially to our guide Noel, he was super kind and guided us in a very easy and approachable way.

Do not book. Booked 2 hours prior to excursion and company failed to say that they were not snorkeling or doing any water activities due to weather. It was sunny. No rain. A little windy but nothing worth writing home about. When we check in we are told that it’s just a speed boat tour….nothing more, nothing less and the company refused to give a discount or try to make up for it in any way. I asked for a discount….as the other people in our group received one..but I was told NO and that they cannot predict the weather….even though they knew when I booked it. The boats were very loud and pieced together….the compartments on our boat weren’t secured and kept flying open during our ride. The ride was “nice” but I could have booked that same ride without the snorkeling for cheaper….do NOT book with this company as their actions were scandalous and they had less than par customer service.

Although the weather may appear sunny, strong winds and sea conditions can still make snorkeling unsafe. However, we understand that this information should have been explained to you before check-in so you could decide whether to continue with the speedboat-only alternative. We are also concerned about your comments regarding the boat compartments opening during the ride. Safety and proper maintenance are extremely important to us, and we will review the boat involved with our operations team. Regarding the discount, we apologize for the confusion and for the inconsistent information you received. Your feedback will help us improve how weather-related changes, alternative activities, and compensation options are communicated to all guests. Please contact us through your booking platform with your reservation details so we can investigate what happened and provide an appropriate follow-up.
