This was a wonderful morning and fabulous tour of Modena. Alice is a delightful, informative, engaging woman. She is passionate about the city, the food the history and the beauty of this town. Her enthusiasm and generosity with both knowledge and food was infectious. We sampled lots of different food and I left feeling happy and with a good understanding and respect for the people, the history and the food off this town and region. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
