La tua esperienza inizia nella panetteria più antica della città con una degustazione di torte iconiche e dolciumi, prima di proseguire verso una bottega locale per una degustazione guidata di autentico aceto balsamico invecchiato, uno dei tesori culinari più orgogliosi di Modena. All’interno del Mercato Albinelli, potrete assaporare molteplici stagionature del celebre Parmigiano Reggiano, seguite da un assaggio dell’amato pane tondo della città con pesto locale, perfettamente abbinato allo spumante Lambrusco. Un classico piatto di pasta modenese vi aspetta in un ristorante storico, accompagnato da un caratteristico vino locale, prima di finire con il gelato artigianale di un negozio di quartiere preferito e un delizioso piatto segreto, rivelato in esclusiva ai nostri ospiti.

Iniziamo il nostro delizioso tour gastronomico in un affascinante punto di incontro locale, dove imparerai la storia di uno dei tenori operistici più iconici d'Italia, Luciano Pavarotti.
Successivamente, esploriamo uno dei tesori più famosi di Modena: l’Aceto Balsamico di Modena. Godremo di una degustazione all’interno di una Bottega a conduzione familiare, scoprendo l’artigianalità dietro questo prodotto di fama mondiale.
Ci dirigiamo poi al vivace Mercato Albinelli, storico mercato coperto di Modena fondato nel 1931. Con circa 65 bancarelle che offrono prodotti freschi locali, è il luogo perfetto per scoprire l'amato formaggio modenese e le sue tradizionali focacce rotonde - e imparare come la gente del posto li apprezza.

La nostra passeggiata prosegue nell’antica Piazza Grande, storica piazza principale di Modena e sito Patrimonio Mondiale dell’UNESCO. Circondata dalla Cattedrale e dalla Torre Ghirlandina, questa piazza medievale è ricca di atmosfera e vita locale. Qui, ci fermeremo in una trattoria tradizionale unica per gustare un classico piatto di pasta modenese.
Concludiamo il tour con una nota dolce con un gelato artigianale presso la locale GIOELIA Cremeria.

A gem in the heart of Modena. Roberta's passion for her home town really enhanced the experience as she lead us through the city enjoying a sampling of local treats and local lore as we went. Some highlights include PDO parmeggiano reggiano cheese, PDO Balsamic di Modena, Tigelli, hand-made pasta (gramigna as well as tortelloni w/ ricotta & spinach w/ sage butter sauce), local wines and gelato. Not to be missed!

The tour with Stefy was incredible. We visited a variety of lovely shops, markets and restaurants. Enjoyable and informative tour. A fair amount of food but spread out over a few hours. Food was excellent, cheese and balsamic vinegar tasting was unique and informative. The hostess Roberta was charming, and enthusiastically informed us about Modena and the local food. Would recommend this tour.
