Prasad was a great tour guide! We had a fantastic experience in his Jeep. He was very knowledgeable about the elephants and other Sri Lankan fauna in the park.
Good safari with Jewantha & Ruwan
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ What an unforgettable experience! Our guide was very kind, knowledgeable, and spoke excellent English, making the safari even more enjoyable. We were lucky enough to see so many elephants. Watching them peacefully feeding, then walking together to the lake to drink and bathe, was absolutely incredible. We also saw many baby elephants, including an adorable little calf that was only about two weeks old and was just learning to walk. It was one of the most heartwarming moments we’ve ever witnessed. One small suggestion: since the elephants move between Kaudulla and Minneriya National Parks depending on the water levels, it would make more sense to organize the safari based on where the elephants are most likely to be rather than focusing on the name of a specific park. Our host recommended visiting Kaudulla because of the current conditions, and when we asked to change our booking, our guide was very accommodating. It turned out to be the perfect decision. This was truly a magical experience and one of the highlights of our trip to Sri Lanka. We highly recommend this safari to anyone visiting the area!
We had an incredible safari with Prasanth! He has an excellent eye for spotting wildlife - from eagles to elephants to bee-eaters to camouflaged chameleons, we were constantly in awe. His vehicle was very clean, and it was enjoyable to get a Birds Eye view of the wildlife from the open roof. We highly recommend booking with Prasanth for your safari!
We had a fantastic safari with Prasath this morning. He is an excellent driver, has a great eye for spotting animals and birds in nature, and is a very genuine and friendly guy. We spotted so many elephants including some with super cute calfs. Prasath, while concentrating on the road, spotted a 10cm chameleon on a small tree. Birds, turtles, land monitor, mongoose, squirrel and plenty of elephants were all spotted. Highly recommended - choose Prasath for your tour !!! Thanks so much Prasath !

Wow!! Prashath has shown us all the places of the jungle. What was very nice is that he sought the peace for the elephants and not the places where all the jeeps were. And it was our lucky day, because I think we've seen 40 elephants. He also stopped for birds, a camel, monkey and even a huge beehive. We ended with a beautiful sunset. The perfect end to a great safari! I recommend Prashath for 100%
Very nice friendly guide, went to great lengths that we see a lot. Provides a lot of information about all animal species. All around a very successful trip!
The trip started early on Wednesday morning at 7 a.m. in Habarana, and then all the jeeps gathered in front of the park entrance. Prasad knows the park very well and, in addition to elephants, has a great eye for smaller creatures like birds and chameleons. He deliberately sought out animals in more remote areas, which made the experience feel more personal and let us feel that the animals were not that disturbed. He also provided plenty of explanations along the way. We saw many elephants, including families during our ~4 hours of safari. It was a great tour thanks to Prasad.
Prasad is an excellent safari guide and driver. He has a long experience working as a guide in Habarana and he can point all the possible animals while taking you around in the eco / minneriya/ kawudulla ( Habarana ) . I can highly recommend to go for a safari with him!
