Milano: City Pass con oltre 10 attrazioni e tour in autobus hop-on hop-off

The Milan city pass with the hop on hop off bus was a great deal as the city is spread out and you can see a lot in a short time. I also used the metro to get around the city and to and from the airport.

Worthwhile buying the one-day ticket to have a tour around Milan some interesting places to see and the bus runs on time so no worries hopping on or hopping off

City Milano pass is a “scam”: only one premium activity out of 9 is included, the transport pass only works in the metro, the tourist bus up on up off is not found.... For 90 € per person with 70% savings advertised, I confirm that it is a false and abusive advertisement.

I bought a 60€ pass for Three days. The app didn’t show all the attractions incluses in the pass. So, I contacted the support and they Said : « Unfortunately, due to an ongoing ticket upgrade for civic museums, the following attractions are currently not available for booking with the pass: Sforza Castle and Rondanini Pietà Museo del Novecento Archaeological Museum Natural History Museum Gallery of Modern Art Civic Aquarium » As a gesture, they offered the possibility of entry to one premium museum, the support answered quickly, i thanks for that. But anyway i felt their publicity was a lie. I

Misled by this - I paid 106 for a 3 day pass - however once I purchased it and received the ticket, the fine print reveals it is only 1 day of hop on hop off bus. And only 2 paid museums are included - everything else requires a "special pass" Bike ride etc advertised all sounded great, but it's not available in this ticket. Even the cathedral visit requires "special ticket"to go to rooftop on elevator. I must use stairs. I was misled and paid way too much for very little. Disappointed and unhappy. I would recommend to just pay for the bus and cathedral - it will be less than half this cost.

Thanks to this City Pass we have been able to visit the city of Milan in complete autonomy! It costs a little at first to understand how to use the App, but then you can enjoy explanations and tickets to the most important attractions. Very useful if you prefer to visit the cities at your own pace with a complete digital guide! 😍

Great! I found it a bit difficult to get started, but I must say that the app is very useful for getting around the city. Recommended!

Very tedious application to use and big difficulties with a big loss of time to find the bus company

We could never download pass as it was sent at last minute and had trouble with wifi. After trying to figure out for hours to get pass , the right bus and going nowhere I called your office. I went back to the hotel and still could not download the pass and gave up at 3pm... I want a refund !

The attractions are wonderful! However, you need to provide more information on how you must activate this and reserve tickets. I did not get an email that explained that and it’s unclear when booking. A person must download the Milan city pass and then go into the app and reserve tickets. We almost were not able to do the sforza castle and Duomo because we were only here two days and found out when trying to access the Duomo. The Milan City Pass people were not helpful either as we were told they could help us. Please give people better instructions or outline it when making the purchase. When purchasing it seemed to me that once I had the pass it was for anything and they scanned it. Very frustrating and disappointing.
