Very accommodating especially since our ship disembarkment wa late. Driver very patient with us. Delivered us safely to the airport.
I scheduled transfer service from the Port of Miami to MIA. The transaction was easy from beginning to end. Both, Viator and my driver Manuel Medina were great communicators as well as accommodating. I initially scheduled my pick-up for 8am. The evening prior to my pick-up, I notified Viator that my disembarkation time was changed to 820am. They quickly suggested changing pickup to 830an. Well, my family and I ended up disembarking at 720am. I called Manuel (the driver) and informed him that we were allowed to disembark early and were standing outside of the cruise terminal at 745am. Manuel was there within 15 minutes. Manuel was kind, friendly and professional. I would definitely book this service again. Thanks Mr. Manuel Medina for your professionalism.
Daniel was wonderful. We got off our ship faster than expected we called Daniel and he was able to pick us up an hour before our scheduled time. Thank you Daniel!!

The Limo service saved the day but Viator messed up our pick up information and sent our car to the wrong port fortunately the limo company went over and above and found me a limo near our port to pick us up only 45 minutes late. The viator site is useless and the pick up drop of details are unclear I am very disappointed.

We arrived in Miami for a 3 night cruise with reservations for transport from MIA to the cruise terminal. Communication was great before the trip and on the day of our arrival. Our driver was waiting for us at the baggage claim and he was easy to identify. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. We arrived at the ship ahead of schedule and all was well. On the day of our return, we had a later flight, so we requested the city tour with drop-off at MIA. We requested pick up at the cruise terminal at 9am. Communication was initiated by me and not the driver this time. The driver responded that he was on his way at 8:46am and he finally arrived at 9:47. Traffic was horrible, so maybe that's why he was late. It was no big deal in our situation because our flight was later, but we still waited outside an hour. This would've been a critical delay if our flight had been earlier in the day. We loaded the car for our 3 hour Post Cruise City Tour. During the tour, the driver barely spoke. He drove down streets that were closed and had to turn around. He just pointed at landmarks and said what they were. He provided no historical or background information about the areas we visited. We weren't given the opportunity to get out of the car for photos. After driving back and forth down the same street a couple of times, we finally decided we wanted to go to the airport early. We requested to end the tour at the halfway point because the situation felt awkward. It was the equivalent of riding around with a stranger and not a tour guide. I would've initially recommended the company based service we received on Friday, however, I can't recommend them based on our cruise terminal pickup or a Post Cruise City Tour experience on Monday.

Seeing the artwork throughout downtown Miami was a treat, it was nice to find out that our driver Daniel is a successful musician and we got to hear some of his music while we were touring downtown Miami.

My group of 5 agreed it was a bad tour. Our tour guide Daniel shared no information about the city of Miami. He was quiet the entire tour other than our group asking him questions... We requested for the person that picked us from the airport to provide the Miami city tour. I guess the guide was not available...
