Guida verso le montagne dell'Atlante, ammirando lo splendido paesaggio di prati verdi e autentici villaggi berberi del XVI e XVII secolo. Se fai il tour di lunedì, puoi anche fermarti in un suk lungo la strada. Osserva frutteti, terrazzamenti di orti e villaggi aggrappati al fianco delle colline. Lasciati stupire dal lavoro intrapreso dai berberi che sollevavano materiali per costruire piccole case sui fianchi delle montagne e lavoravano le terrazze in un ambiente ostile.
Prosegui lungo la valle delle palme, seguendo il fiume Ourika. Alberi da frutto, piccoli borghi, ristoranti lungo il fiume e le case estive dei ricchi ti terranno occupato. Vai a Setti Fatma per sentire le acque rinfrescanti. Senti lo spruzzo sul viso mentre ti rinfreschi dal caldo africano, insieme agli abitanti di Marrakech che ne hanno fatto il loro rifugio preferito per il fine settimana.

This was my favorite part of the trip . Hanah was our tour guide and spoke fluent English and French . The 1/2-mile hike to the first waterfall was worth it . Wear comfortable tennis / hiking shoes . Bring a light jacket because it gets chilly near the waterfall . I recommend the lunch option bc you get to eat along the river … another life experience . Along the way , you stop by some local shops .
Hanna was super friendly, very competent and gave us a super nice day. It was all super organized and you got great impressions, which you probably wouldn't have gotten on your own. Thank you so much!
If you want to see something from the area then this trip is perfect. We had to share our hotel address, and we were picked up 5 minutes from our stay. Then the trip started and lasted all day which is really good.
Superb excursion, we recommend without hesitation…. An exceptional day in the Ourika Valley with a few stops on the road to discover local crafts, a Berber house and sublime landscapes. Nice day with different impressions. Another part of Morocco seen, outside the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Beautiful climb in the mountains, the guides for both the drive and the walk were very friendly and pleasant! Beautiful places and nature seen. Recommended!
Very good activity to do if you pass through Marrakech. Discover a small overview of the treasures of the Atlas and Berber villages. A special thank you to our driver momo who was on top throughout the day and who made this experience perfect.
