Really good overall experience with plenty of opportunities to take pictures of the waterfall which was really really impressive. My tour guide Hamid Tarzan was spot on with his facts and very good at talking to everyone in a big group. Only slight let down would be transport to the waterfall, (being solo and only one from my hotel getting picked up at the time) I had to embark, disembark on several different mini busses along the way which if I wasn’t as able bodied would have been a bit of a pain. But apart from that I would highly recommend this experience.

A great day out! We were collected from our Riad, and taken to Ouzoud in a comfy air conditioned van. The waterfalls were great, the guide very friendly. Two things to keep in mind - guide is not included in the price so it is €3 per person extra. And a trek back is up a lot of stairs (or you can take a burro taxi - a little donkey that will carry you to the top). All in all a great experience well worth its price.

The pick up was previously coordinated from a day earlier. Our tour was with people who speak French (although we ask that it be in English) however, the guide, Joseph, speaks 7 languages and when he realized that we spoke Spanish, he spoke us in Spanish and made the tour an exciting trip. We recommend taking services with the agency and more than anything, asking for Joseph. Thanks for this amazing day!
Everything was very good on the tour, the guide Josep explained everything very well and was patient, telling us where to take the best photos. Lunch was good as we tried new things. Thanks for everything.

We were looking to book an excursion to Ouzoud waterfalls while in Morocco & found this one. Initially was hesitant to book as we were nee to this country n took the risk. However it turned out to be a good excursion & everything went as planned. My family enjoyed the trip & the guide was active n engaging. Only issue was with pick up time & location n had to wait a bit n co-ordinate, but once in the van till the return drop off, all went smooth. Would recommend if u looking for a day out to this waterfall at an affordable price.
We had an amazing day. Everything was perfect, punctual drivers, helpful and very friendly. The guide also taught us a lot. The falls are sublime, this visit is a must if you come to Marrakech. Thanks to the agency for its professionalism
The tour operator did not turn up and we had no reply to our messages we were out of pocket having 2 taxis. The day was ruined. We have asked for a full refund.
I previously alerted this customer to reject his reservation because that day is Eid al-Adha in Morocco and there is no trips on that days, and he will not reject his reservation as he writes this text that has no meaning at this moment.
