Un momento clou del tour se vieni dai pick-up della zona nord è la sosta a La Calobra emblematica strada "Nudo de la Corbata", dove avrai la possibilità di scattare alcune foto e goderti un drink nei pittoreschi dintorni dalle alture. In caso di essere dalla zona sud pick-up, ci godremo 40 minuti a Lluc. In entrambi i casi, esploreremo la spiaggia di Calobra e le sue acque cristalline. Prossima fermata in barca sarà l'affascinante villaggio costiero di Port Soller, gusta il pranzo a tuo piacimento e poi sali a bordo del tram locale per un pittoresco giro a Soller, dove la tua Guida ti condurrà attraverso le attrazioni del villaggio. Infine, sedetevi e rilassatevi sul treno di legno d'epoca mentre godete di una vista mozzafiato sui lussureggianti campi agricoli della Valle del Soller sulla strada per Son Reus.

Quando sei a Maiorca, nelle Isole Baleari, parti per questa gita guidata di un giorno alla scoperta della bellezza dell'isola. Mettiti comodo a bordo di un pullman con aria condizionata e mentre la tua guida spiega fatti interessanti sull'isola, goditi viste spettacolari della Tramuntana, una catena montuosa dichiarata Patrimonio dell'Umanità dall'UNESCO. Iniziamo la nostra escursione entrando nella Serra de Tramuntana in pullman, che è la spina dorsale di Maiorca. Una bellezza naturale nutrita di cultura, tradizioni e una forte identità, dove i primi viaggiatori a godersi l'isola arrivarono nell'Ottocento. I suoi estremi, Formentor a nord-est e La Trapa a sud-ovest, sono separati da circa 90 chilometri, lungo i quali si trovano numerosi punti panoramici, spiagge turchesi e villaggi di pietra che meritano una visita.
Goditi il viaggio in pullman mentre viaggi attraverso questo bellissimo tratto di strade di montagna con le guide che spiegano tutti i diversi punti che incontreremo come il monastero di Lluc, il Puig Mayor, il torrente Torrente de Pareis. Durante questa parte del viaggio avrai l'opportunità di vedere una delle strade più spettacolari d'Europa, quella che porta a Sa Calobra. La strada per Sa Calobra ha un totale di 13 chilometri ed è stata costruita nel 1932 e mentre la percorriamo sperimenterai una vista unica dei dintorni.
Ammira viste mozzafiato sulle formazioni rocciose della costa occidentale di Maiorca mentre percorri una strada ventosa verso La Calobra. Qui hai tempo libero per esplorare il villaggio, fare uno spuntino in uno dei piccoli caffè intorno al porto (a proprie spese) o rilassarti sulla spiaggia mozzafiato. Percorrendo l'incredibile tunnel di montagna, potrai visitare la bellissima "Torrente de Pareis" che è un'altra parte della spiaggia di Sa Calobra.
Il Torrent de Pareis si è formato nel mezzo della catena montuosa Tramuntana migliaia di anni fa, un canyon lungo più di 3 chilometri che corre tra gole fino a raggiungere la famosa baia di Sa Calobra. Questa gola di rocce calcaree, è stata forgiata nel tempo dall'azione erosiva delle acque torrenziali. Ormai è diventato un vero e proprio punto focale per le attività sportive per via delle formazioni e per i suoi panorami assolutamente mozzafiato!
La parte successiva del tour inizia quando saliamo a bordo di una moderna barca per un giro di 40 minuti. Questa gita in barca ci porterà da Sa Calobra al porto di Soller, mentre passiamo lungo la costa, sarai testimone della bellezza di Maiorca in un modo che supererà le tue aspettative. Osservare dal mare antiche torri difensive, calette, scogliere, grotte marine e isolotti. Queste sono immagini che porterai con te per sempre!
Una volta arrivati al porto di Soller, sarà il momento di prendere il tram di Soller. Il viaggio dura circa 25 minuti e termina alla classica stazione ferroviaria di Soller a Soller Town. Durante questo viaggio attraverseremo frutteti pieni di alberi di limoni e arance, che è il paesaggio più famoso di Soller e il tram ci porterà direttamente attraverso la città stessa.
Una volta arrivati alla bellissima città di Soller in tram da Puerto Soller, avremo tempo per una breve visita nel suo affascinante centro storico prima di salire a bordo del famoso treno in legno di Soller. Seguiremo il viaggio originale che è appena cambiato nei suoi 100 anni di attività.
Il momento clou di questo tour dell'isola di Maiorca per molti è il viaggio in treno. Questa esperienza sarà il tocco finale che ti farà innamorare completamente dell'isola. Salirai a bordo del famoso treno di legno di Soller, costruito nel 1912. Il treno attraversa la valle di Soller mentre attraversa vari tunnel dandoci una vista privilegiata sulla valle mentre raggiungiamo la città di Bunyola e ci fermiamo per scendere alla stazione di Son Reus . Lì il nostro pullman ci aspetterà per riportarci dove abbiamo iniziato il tour all'inizio della giornata.

This tour is basically just subjecting yourself to an exhausting "travel day", as you take various forms of transportation (bus, boat, tram, train) over the course of 8+ hours. Could easily just take a public bus directly from Palma to Soller to enjoy that town and skip the grind of being herded around all day only to spend 30 mins in Soller. Would recommend packing snacks as lunch spots on tour are tourist traps (over priced awful food). In summary, if you want to get some good photos without really experiencing anything, take this tour. If you feel there are some spots on tour that don't appeal and you want to skip all the modes of transport so you can spend more time in certain places, it's easier to bus yourself or rent a car and save yourself money as this tour is expensive.

It is a scenic journey combining coach, boat, tram and the historic wooden train, allowing guests to experience the Serra de Tramuntana from several unique perspectives in a single day. Suggesting that visitors simply take a public bus to Sóller completely misses the purpose of this excursion and means missing the boat trip, the historic tram, the 1912 train and some of Mallorca's most spectacular landscapes. As for the time spent in each location, the itinerary is clearly described before booking. This is a panoramic tour designed to showcase the island rather than spending an entire day in one place. Finally, there are several free-time stops throughout the day, including around 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, where guests can explore at their own pace, swim or enjoy lunch wherever they wish. No one is required to eat at any particular restaurant. This excursion has become one of Mallorca's most popular tours precisely because it allows visitors to experience the island's incredible variety in a single unforgettable day. We're sorry it wasn't the style of excursion you were looking for.
Very long drive to the monastery, and very windey road back down, so not good for people with motion sickness! The trip was lovely, but felt a bit rushed in each place to get the next transport. Take a big bottle of water and some snacks as you dont get much time to queue up to buy food. Our guide was very good and it was well organised, would definitely recommend it!

I was originally hesitant to book this because it seemed expensive. It was worth every dollar! I definitely would not have had the courage to drive those mountain roads myself, and our driver was excellent! Antonia helped us learn every step of the way and it was such a smooth experience. We enjoyed the boat, the tram, and the train as well!

The tour itinerary is very good. Enjoyed the drive and train ride. The tram ride was overcrowded and people had to stand for the entire time. The only negative was the multi language narration. By the time you heard the information in your language the point of interest had passed. It was very frustrating to listen to the narration in 4 languages.

Not a single hitch in the organization of this day, which begins as soon as you are picked up at your hotel. Although it is not a tour of the island but a transversal from south to north by bus at first through the winding mountain roads, magnificent, then a mini boat cruise to reach the port of Soller. We then took the vintage tram that took us to the Soller station to take the historic train, in order to reach Palma. We warmly thank Louis, the excellent bus driver, and our guide Vivianne, known as Vivi, for her entertainment and commentary in three successive languages. A beautiful day that we recommend to you.

Most of the excursion is sitting on a bus, boat or riding on the train. Very little time to wander and explore.
Thank you for your review. The Island Tour is designed to showcase as much of Mallorca as possible in a single day by combining several modes of transport: coach, boat, tram and the historic train. Travelling between the different locations is therefore an essential part of the experience, allowing guests to enjoy some of the island's most spectacular scenery without having to drive themselves. At the same time, there is also free time to explore: around 30 minutes at Lluc Monastery, approximately 90 minutes in Sa Calobra, 15 minutes in Port de Sóller and around 40 minutes in Sóller. During the train and boat journeys you're also free to move around, admire the views and, on the historic train, many guests enjoy standing on the open rear platform to fully experience the journey.
