This was such a fun experience. I went with my 20 year old daughter and we laughed so much . Ran around posing and taking photos. I am in a wheelchair and it was well organized so I could see it all!
Very cool museum. The layout and presentation is great. The music and visual presentation is amazing. Treat yourself to this.
Lots of fun -bigger and better than Vegas! Easy check in process. Picture deal was affordable and received immediately.
Honestly, I loved it! Many say there are better things to do in New York, and that’s true, but if you stay for several days, I find that this visit is really worth it. The statues are very well done, and you move from one universe to another: celebrities, cinema, Marvel, horror… You never get bored. We went there at the end of the day, there were very few people, and we were able to enjoy each space peacefully. An excellent surprise, I recommend it without hesitation!

The likenesses were amazing! Enjoyed the various themed areas. Contemporary enough to wow our 12 yr old granddaughter and historical enough for her grandparents to find fun, too. Perfectly located off of Times Square

The museum is very cool to visit, with various wax figures of famous people that are changed from time to time.

We visited Madame Tussauds New York using the Go City Pass and honestly weren’t expecting much, but we absolutely loved it. The whole experience was so much more fun and immersive than we imagined. The figures are incredibly detailed, the themed areas are brilliant, and there’s a great mix of classic icons and modern stars. If you’re already using the Go City card, it’s a no‑brainer — fantastic value and a really entertaining way to spend a couple of hours. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting NYC.
