Una volta ritirati i bagagli, puoi uscire direttamente dall'aeroporto e incontrare il tuo autista che ti aspetterà alla fine della sala di uscita con un cartello con il tuo nome e il logo dell'azienda. I would definitely recommend HQT was at the airport and resort on time for pick up and very helpful and professional definitely would use them again if I was to travel to Punta Cana
This is our second time using HQT, they do not disappoint. They are on time and ready to get you to your destination quickly, efficiently and with ease. I will continue to use this service everytime I am fortunate enough to visit the Dominican Republic! Great job !
It was perfect, the service was friendly and professional. Car was clean and the size we needed for me, wife, two kids. This is our third year using HQT and always worth it.
This was our 2nd time with HQT and would recommend again!! Once you navigate through the mass of people at the airport, get your way outside. Then you'll have to just look at all the signs for your name. God bless the taxi driver that got us to the right place. After that, smooth sailing. Our driver was very professional and friendly without being intrusive.
He was very friendly. He helped with what we didn’t understand. We requested him for pick up to return home and he made sure we got to the right place on time.
Great experience. It was our first time in the DR. The pickup process was easy. My sister was at a different terminal and the driver was so patient with finding her. He took time to make sure we located our airbnb -as it was not the clearest instructions. return was just as smooth. car was nice, clean and comfy. overall 10/10.
The driver had a lot of class. Very polite and friendly. The vehicle was perfect too. I recommend.
If I could rate zero stars I would. I paid for round trip service to and from the airport in Punta Cana. Pick-up from airport on arrival was fine. I was told to communicate with same individual for pickup the day before leaving for the airport. I assumed that was correct, but I was mistaken. I sent multiple messages to him the day before my departure about my pickup time of 1pm. After only one comment from him the day before and even the day of departure, I had to find different transportation to the airport. After I was at the airport for an hour or so, I received a communication from a different person, that I had missed my pick-up which was 40 minutes after the time I requested. I was told they sent me an email confirming my pickup time, which I never received, not even in my spam folder. When I told them I reached out the day before, just as I was told to do, their answer was they he didn't control scheduling, which would have been nice to know. I can't express how extremely upset I am over it. It isn't just the money, it is the aggravation of having to find an alternative under short notice. I would never recommend HQT

Experience that is worthwhile, punctual, new and also equipped cars. We arrived and was already there, cold water and attentive.
The Drivers both ways open the doors, gave insight or the area of things we we were looking to do, air conditioning top notch, music relaxing, smooth , clean, and comfortable ride! I really enjoyed the car ride they came on-time and I didn't have to wait.
