I repeat: we paid more than €1,500! This should be enough to make you understand that your answer is unacceptable and shameful. If you had paid €1,500 yourself, would you really be satisfied with your answer? What more do you need to grant financial compensation, please? I'm curious to hear your answer. Superb excursion in very good conditions: a very comfortable boat Quality Service a bar and lunch box very correct in terms of quality , a captain who is keen to discover the best of glaciers . The show of glaciers is magical and the quality of this company very good. I had hesitated to take the premium I took the standard which is very good and much cheaper. I don’t regret this choice especially since at that time the boat was not complete at all while the premium class was. I recommend this company!
