Sei pronto a vivere la cultura del Portogallo attraverso cibi deliziosi e tradizionali abbinati a vini autentici? Tra l'incantevole centro città e il quartiere più antico di Lisbona, Alfama, ho scoperto un percorso gioioso che non vedo l'ora di condividere con voi! Il nostro viaggio inizia nell'incantevole Praça do Comercio: passeggia e rilassati in uno dei "Café restaurante" più storici d'Europa, fondato nel 1782! Assaggia vini portoghesi distinti provenienti da varie regioni, sei in totale durante il nostro tour (abbastanza per mantenere alta la felicità!), abbinati a 11 deliziosi petiscos. Non c'è bisogno di cenare dopo, te lo garantisco! Ammira i suoi monumenti, abbraccia l'eredità del Fado, ammira gli azulejos unici, passeggia per vicoli incantevoli e scopri una tradizionale "tasca" (taverna a conduzione familiare) che entusiasmerà le tue papille gustative! Voglio che tu ti senta una persona del posto, sperimentando il cibo tradizionale, i vini autentici, toccando l'arte, la cultura, l'incontro con la gente del posto e, naturalmente... divertendoti molto!

Itinerario
La nostra prima degustazione si svolge presso l'antico "Terreiro do Paço", dove troviamo il caffè letterario più antico e famoso della capitale, Martinho da Arcada (1782).
Continuando la tua esplorazione lungo Rua da Alfandega e Largo do Chafariz de Dentro, potrai respirare e rivivere la città vecchia con i suoi monumenti, storie e vicoli in uno dei quartieri più autentici del Portogallo.
Successivamente visiteremo un tipico posto-food portoghese (tasca) chiamato A Muralha Vinhos e Tapas per iniziare la seconda sessione di degustazione. A supporto della nostra degustazione saranno utilizzate immagini e illustrazioni che possano veicolare conoscenza e storia.

Enrico provided a wonderful and informative tour. He brought us to places that we never would have found on our own. The personalized experience included going into a private room where he an I played a little bit of music together. The food was excellent and the wine was great. His RICO wine was among our favorites. We felt like we made a friend while we were in Lisbon and learned a lot about the area. Highly recommended.

Rico delivered an amazing enogastronomic experience!! We tasted authentic traditional dishes, enjoyed excellent portoguese wines (the Porto Quinta do Noval Tawny was outstanding) and learned so much thanks to his impressive cultural and historical knowledge. Rico was a fantastic host, we had the most amazing evening tasting great food & great wine. The second venue in particular was a perfect setting to see the night in and eat/drink whilst learning all about the history of wine. Rico spoke good English and could understand everything and would thoroughly recommend this to anyone, friends, family, business trip, etc. - no caps on amount of wine, port, food, etc. - honestly could not fault the experience at all.
I highly recommend Rico's food and wine tour. My husband and I got to experience food that we would not have tried otherwise because of Rico's knowledge of the best of the local food products, and the wine pairings were all perfect. He was very informative about the local history of Lisbon as a whole and Alfama in particular. We ended up the evening watching a Fado performance and having a glass of Ginja and dessert. Rio was very generous with his time, and it was like being out for an evening with a friend. He was also very considerate of our dietary requests. Don't miss this tour if you're spending any time in Lisbon!
Wonderful walking tour of Lisbon. Excellent food and great company with Rico. He was excellent about explaining where we were and the history of what we were seeing and eating. Couldn't recommend him any more! 5 star!!
I had such a great experience and felt so privileged to have a wine tour with an actual wine maker. Enrico is so talented and knowledgeable. He’s also very kind and patient. I would love to do more of his tours and would absolutely recommend this food and wine tour.
We had a wonderful evening with Rico! He shared some wines that he made himself! The dishes they were paired with were amazing. It was so interesting to see how the wine enhanced or changed the flavor of the food we shared. We had a nice walk through Lisbon to taste a few wines and have some amazing food. We started as strangers and left as family.
