The trip was very nice. Our guide was also ready to leave Nairobi already at 3:30 that you are there at park opening at 6:00. Overall it was a great experience, because of the super nice guide and the great animals and scenery

It was a great day out to see the animals. Sadly couldn't see any lions or Tigers. Very bumpy ride..

I booked this trip for myself and my daughter(partyof2). On the day of the trip I was picked up a six am by the driver. Upon entering the car, there was another man seated in the front seat. The trip took about three hours. The driver never gave any information about sites on the way to Lake Nakuru. He never offered any water, as advertised for this trip. Upon entering the park, I paid for myself and my daughter to enter the park. The third person also paid his entry fee. The driver turned and looked and me, and told me I was to pay for the car and his entry fees. I told him I was unaware that I would not do that. He called his boss,James and James paid for his entrance into the park. We did not receive a professional tour, again as outline in the voucher. I spoke privately to the driver about him asking me to pay for his entry fees and for the car to drive around the park. He told he he was told by James(his boss) that I was to pay for his entry into the park and the car to drive around the park. I inquired why was the fees not split between myself and the third person on the trip. Again he informed me that was to be my responsibility. He also informed me that the third person was added last minute, at 11pm at night. He picked me up from my hotel at 6am. Also according to the website, we are to stop for lunch. I ask the drive to do that and he didn't.We drove back another three hours, again no water and no explanations of the sites. I filed a complaint with Viator and was told that since the trip was shared , they could accommodate a max of eight people. So I guess other people can be added to your accommodations and you are asked to pay for them as well??
Sorry for experiences all our safaris are joining trip but not private Please accept our apologies however the information you gave may not be correct The guide is always attentive and ready to answer any questions please note AM JAMES And the previous day was with you and you was so silent and i told you as for the NAKURU TRIP was only joingin but as by 6pm was only you but we may have other participants since the sales was not closed
<p>This was a wonderful tour, my guides Diana and Orvesmus could not have been nicer they did everything to maximise my enjoyment of the tour, it was well paced and lots of useful information was given I would definitely recommend, a must see tour for all visitors.</p>

<p>The place is incredible, didn't really know what to expect of the operator due to a last-minute booking.Expected a more appropriate safari-type vehicle, but we rode and toured in a 4-door sedan which is probably not the best vehicle for the terrain. Guide was very friendly and flexible with our requests. We had a very local experience, different from our other safari trips.</p>
