Questo è un laboratorio di cucina hands on dove avrete la mia attenzione indivisa. Ci divertiamo molto e lavoriamo in squadra per creare 6 piatti catalani unici: 2 antipasti, 2 secondi piatti e 2 dessert. Con il mio aiuto scoprirai i sapori unici della cucina catalana mentre impari a conoscere i modi di vita tradizionali in Catalogna. Come parte di questa classe visiteremo il famoso mercato coperto La Boqueria dove sceglieremo i nostri ingredienti. Vengono fornite ricette stampate in modo da poter ricreare questi piatti a casa. I would highly recommend this cooking of a traditional Catalonia meal with Hana to anyone interested in a delightful and entertaining afternoon! Hana is a very knowledgeable instructor and explains each step in preparing this delicious meal. My husband and I enjoyed our time with her in the market before our cooking session in her home kitchen. She told us the history behind the dishes we prepared and then ate. I hope others will give this experience a try and enjoy Hana’s company as much as we did.
