This was a nice hotel near the highway location. If you come too I would highly recommend adding a couple of night in the Hotel Orchid.The location is good and ith Superb Valle View and comfortable stay.The room is very neat and clean open terrace and house of glass and stunning view,while having tea or coffee on the terrace. The swimming pool was amazing and the staff was excellent and friendly. Thank you Orchid for making our stay comfortable
The kitchen was compact, and many of the pizza ingredients had already been prepped. I think that when you go to a pizza class you wish to do everything from scratch as if you were in your home kitchen. Dressing the pizza with special toppings isn't enough.

It was an excellent hands on demonstration of making pizza in the style of Rome. Vittorio and Letizia are warm and helpful people. They made the class fun. They emphasized that the dough is the most important part of pizza and taught us how to do it right. We ate the pizza we made and also pizza that Vittorio made. They shared several videos he made to help us perfect our pizza making skills.

Meeting Vittorio and making pizza! All 6 of us made pizzas with Vittorio's guidance. He had prepared all the ingredients, and we each received guidance along the way. As one pizza came out of the oven, we sampled it. Of course, everyone liked their own toppings best. A lot of fun and a night to remember.
