"03 dic. 2025 Nuovo OPEN!!!" Il popolarissimo Asakusa Sumo Club nel quartiere Asakusa di Tokyo apre il suo primo ristorante sumo show nel cuore di Kyoto!!!! Immergiti nel mondo del sumo wrestling al Kyoto Sumo Club. Inizia con una danza tradizionale Giapponese eseguita da una geisha in un elegante kimono, che definisce il tono per lo spettacolo di sumo. Great night out. Very enjoyable. Informative as a demonstration. Interactive. Laughed a lot. Opportunity for photos with geisha and sumo. Something for everybody with the food. Unlimited drinks.
It was a fun experience for the whole family.
I booked this show based on its excellent reviews, so I had high expectations. Unfortunately, it was disappointing. A significant portion of the experience consisted of explanations and tutorials about the rules and history of sumo wrestling, with very little actual wrestling. The sumo matches themselves lasted less than five minutes in total. While the all-you-can-eat meal was included, I still didn’t feel the overall experience justified the price. If you’re looking to watch an exciting sumo performance, this may not be the best value. I would recommend spending your money on a different experience. This has definitely been a highlight of our Japan trip! It is easy enough to find, you are welcomed by friendly reception staff and continue with the amazing hospitality all night. The food was incredible and free flow of drinks was a plus. The mic man did an amazing job and the sumo wrestlers are so entertaining, they even had dancers who were beautiful. My daughter was mesmerised.

Better than we could have wished for. Fun for the entire family of 8, 14-56. Food was plentiful, drinks flowed freely, just the right mix of Japanese/western. Great family entertainment. Great value for money. We arrived 30 min early which was perfect as it is first come first seated.
