Kpalimé e il Monte Agou: un'avventura nel cuore delle meraviglie del Togo

Questa è un'escursione privata sul Monte Agou e la città di Kpalimé e termina con una bella nuotata alla cascata di Womé. Salirai (1 o anche 2 ore di cammino) sul Monte Agou attraverso affascinanti paesini arroccati sul fianco della montagna con molti punti panoramici sulla regione per raggiungere la vetta. Quindi continueremo il resto della giornata visitando i siti turistici di kpalimé inclusi nell'escursione. Quindi scenderai in auto, in direzione di una cascata nascosta e di una piscina per rinfrescarti. Dopo il bagno riprenderemo il nostro viaggio verso Lomé.

Itinerario
Partenza da Lomé per un viaggio di due ore fino a kpalimé (cogli l'occasione per contemplare il paesaggio e la natura del Togo). Una volta ai piedi del Monte Agou, inizieremo il nostro viaggio fino al villaggio di Kebo Djigbé (uno dei villaggi arroccati sul fianco della montagna con una vista mozzafiato e molto visitato da molti turisti). Una breve escursione attraverso il villaggio per raggiungere il Pic d'Agou. È ora di tirare fuori le tue macchine fotografiche per gli scatti. Con un po' di fortuna avrete l'opportunità di interagire con la popolazione locale. Una volta in vetta, ti forniremo spiegazioni dettagliate degli elementi presenti nel sito. Il clima del Pic d'Agou ti farà venire voglia di restarci tutto il giorno.
Centro per la produzione di una varietà di artigianato, troverai molti articoli come abbigliamento batik, pelletteria, bracciali, sculture in legno, ceramiche, batik e macramè realizzati con materiali locali. È anche una scuola per giovani della città di kpalimé. Un centro ha un duplice ruolo.
Un castello molto più visitato per la sua architettura e geolocalizzazione. Vous avez une vue en hauteur bien dégagée sur le paysage et directe sur la ville de kpalime et ses environs, de même que les frontières du Ghana et avec un peu de chance on pourrait apercevoir le lac haut volta si la visibilité est bonne sur les montagnes. Un sito che merita anche una visita nonostante la mancanza di manutenzione e ristrutturazione
Prossima tappa per un recupero di energie: la cascata del womé per un bel bagno nella sua rinfrescante cascata per riprendere al meglio questa lunga strada che ci attende. Con un po' di fortuna potresti incontrare altri turisti nel sito della visita e condividere le tue esperienze. Scenderai un terreno ripido per raggiungere la cascata nascosta e salire allo stesso modo dopo la tua visita.

I booked this as a solo traveller as it was the only one offering to book for 1 person, but it was easily the best decision! My day started with Robert arriving at my hotel saving me from a drunk man who was talking my ear off. So already off to a good start. The drive to Kpalime was so easy because I had the best driver in all of Togo. He was so safe, and stuck to the basic road rules, but also made sure the large amount of potholes were avoided and would apologise if he accidentally hit one! Absolute legend. A couple of tips from a fairly fit 36 year old bloke: - I opted to hike up Mt Agou, and it started as an easy winding hike through forest but ended as a straight up the side of the mountain stair climb. Not for the faint of heart. - Getting to see and swim in the waterfall is worth it but it’s also 335 stairs - I counted! - As you’re driving down the rough dirt road to get to the waterfall, you might think it’s not worth it. But hang in there, it is!!

Excellent tour in and around Kpalime. The waterfall normally visited was closed due to an accident unfortunately. However, we were still have to visit one of the waterfalls. There was a lot of hiking, but the scenery was great.

This was a great trip. I really enjoyed the mountain climb, although the humidity and heat got the better of me about half way up. The trip to the market was perfect for picking up some local handicrafts and the swim by the waterfall was a great way to finish the day. Seli and Jules were great hosts and went out of their way to make the trip excellent
