Qui è dove inizia l'avventura, questo è il nostro punto d'incontro ed è dove riceverai tutte le informazioni sulle attività, le nostre guide certificate ti daranno una spiegazione completa su come utilizzare l'attrezzatura e ti aiuteranno a imparare a gestire la velocità barca, nessuna esperienza precedente è necessaria per godere di questa attività, ti daranno anche tutte le attrezzature di sicurezza necessarie per il tour.
Una volta che avremo tutte le attrezzature e le informazioni necessarie, inizieremo il tour della splendida Laguna di Nichupte, qui potremo visitare le mangrovie e guidare la barca intorno alla zona dell'hotel, è un'esperienza unica e ti divertirai come non navigare mai laguna, poi attraverseremo l'isola di cancun in barca fino al Mar dei Caraibi per raggiungere la scogliera Maya, qui avremo circa 45 minuti per fare snorkeling nelle acque turchesi del Mar dei Caraibi. Un'esperienza completa che non dimenticherai

Amazing time on this excursion!! Jimmy was our guide and we felt so lucky to have him. Once we got off the boats and into the snorkeling area he got off and lead us to some of the best areas to look. We noticed a lot of the other guides just stayed in the boats so it was really nice that he got off to show us around. Also was a huge help getting back into the boat! Thank you Jimmy! Tip: lots and lots of sunscreen!!! (Reef friendly ofcourse!)

The crew was nice however the company made us pay 10.00 per person to reschedule when the weather was terrible and wouldn't remotely let us cancel. The picture depicted is NOT what you see at all. It's literally a canal with other boats and is pretty wide. It's like being on a river. This was NOT worth the 150.00 they made us pay.
Thank you for your comment, we remind you that the cancellation policy establishes that any cancellation must be made 24 hours before the tour date, however you wanted to cancel at the same time your activity was scheduled, this is impossible, since that the exact number of boats is reserved for the reservations we have each day, maintenance is carried out and all the necessary equipment is prepared so that everything is ready so that you can enjoy the activity, even so we offered to reschedule for the same day at a different time with no extra cost, and we explained that if you rescheduled for another day there was a minimum charge of 10 usd per person to reschedule.
