Al momento della prenotazione, assicurati di fornire il nome della nave da crociera su cui arriverai, ci aspetteremo di venirti a prendere a quel molo. Dobbiamo sapere da dove venirvi a prendere in anticipo, dato che abbiamo solo rappresentanti disponibili per incontrarci al molo dove abbiamo ospiti in programma. Ci sono più navi in porto ogni giorno. Queste sono informazioni cruciali per il giorno del tour. Pick-up nave da crociera Istruzioni: • Ritiriamo direttamente dal molo della TUA nave da crociera a Juneau. Non c'è bisogno di camminare in città (o prendere una navetta)! • Il rappresentante locale per il tuo tour indosserà un arancione brillante e porterà una bandiera arancione, con in mano un cartello verde "Juneau Lighthouse Tours". • Incontrati sul lungomare / marciapiede principale di fronte alla tua nave sul molo. • NON ANDARE AL TRAM - rimanere alla passerella delle navi. • L'orario di incontro è 15 minuti PRIMA dell'orario di partenza del tour. Se non riesci a trovare il tuo rappresentante, rimani fermo e chiama il nostro staff DISPATCH / TRASPORTI. Eventuali modifiche al luogo di ritiro devono essere gestite con almeno 24 ore di anticipo e il fornitore del tour deve essere contattato. Se NON arrivate su una nave da crociera, vi preghiamo di contattarci direttamente per le opzioni. Saremo lieti di fornire dettagli su un pick-up Alaskan State Museum, o offrire istruzioni su come incontrarci direttamente al nostro molo (Statter Harbor). See 6 to 10 whales. One close to boat. Ship was very tidy. Staff friendly and knowledgeable

Dalton, Hannah, and Grace Anne were very knowledgeable and friendly. We saw lots of beautiful scenery and wildlife. Highly recommend!
After some bad whale watching excursions in Maui, HI and Dana Point, CA, I really was skeptical about this when I booked it. I'm glad we did not skip out due to my apprehensions. We saw SO many whales, sea lions, eagles, etc. At some points we were seeing 3-4 whales at one time. It was a lovely experience with a brand new bus, and brand new boat. Well maintained and clean, we were also given complimentary snacks and drinks during our 5 hour itinerary. The lighthouse stop is scenic and beautiful, and was a very quick 10 minute detour. The rest of the time was spent marveling at the amazing sea life and listening to the naturalists explain everything in detail. My kids are 5 and 9, and they thoroughly enjoyed themselves too. The bus driver narrated during our drives, and was hilarious too! Many thanks to the naturalists, Chris and Coral, and Captain Stephen for a wonderful experience.
Was such a good experience! Our captain, Stephen, was amazing, along with our guides Annika and Grace Anne! We saw so many cool animals and the lighthouse was stunning. It was well worth the price, we got to spend so much time on the boat. We were lucky enough to have a smaller crowd, but even with a full boat this would be great for all ages!

This was a phenomenal tour. We took a motorcoach to the meeting spot with the boat, stopping to take photos with the glacier on our way. The boat was comfortable and not too crowded. Plenty of room to move around. The narration by the guide was exceptional! Huge bonus that the staff on the boat has great cameras and immediately shared great photos with everyone on the trip, I wish more trips did that. We came for the whale watching but also loved seeing the large group of sea lions, eagles, and the lighthouse & wildflowers. This was an A-plus trip, thank you.
