Do it!

The whole team are sensational, extremely knowledgeable, bubbly and high energy. I did the last trip of the season on my own and a few friends of mine who have been to Alaska countless times said there was no way of seeing whales at this time of year, we saw 5 whales! We also found some seals and glaciers. An amazing experience I’ll keep with me for my entire life and would definitely recommend doing this tour!

WE SAW WHALES

My family went to Alaska and booked this excursion everyone here was wonderful especially Nick with all his facts and answered all the questions we have. Tess was so friendly and took several pictures that she said shared with us.

Amazing tour, experience, guides - totally worthy it!!

We had an amazing experience with this tour. The boat was amazing, comfortable, we could stay indoors and go outdoors, multiple levels. Captain Steve made an effort for us to see orcas and whales, and sea lions. Aidan and Chris were great guides too. Overall, it was amazing, definitely worthy it the money we spent, and if we go back to Juneauor have friends going there, we would definitely recommend Marvs and Harvs.

Whale Watching on the CHUGACH Boat

My wife and I were transferred to the Marina from our Cruise Ship by bus. We were met by Rob the Captain and the Guide Dale. It was a Beautiful boat ride out to the whale watching area. Dale and Rob were informative as we boated explaining the Terrain, Glaciers and Marine Life. We could have hade a better Guide or Captain. We saw Orca Whales up close and Hump Back Whales. We cruised to a small island and saw Sea Lions massed on its shores.I can only say it was a TOTALLY AMAZING TOUR with these two guys on the “Chugach”.

Experience of a lifetime!!

We had a spectacular day with Captain Graham on the Obi-Wan! He gave a great interpretive presentation throughout the cruise, sharing history, information about the islands we we’re passing and of course great information about the whales, orcas, seals and dolphins we saw along the way. Capt. Graham let us know that seeing orcas is hit and so we were fortunate to see several orcas! The humpback whale sightings were great! With Capt. Graham’s intimate knowledge of the humpback behavior he was able to give us a heads-up that the whale we were watching was probably going to breach and sure enough IT DID!! To see a breaching whale has been a dream of mine, so that moment was the thrill of my life! We would HIGHLY recommend you choose Harv & Marv’s for your Alaska adventure!
