We waited for 90 minutes to be picked up, as it was our first time in New York this delay was very stressful indeed!
Our driver was very good and we enjoyed his conversations and took care of our luggage which were very heavy. Would like to tell our driver he was especially entertaining.

I arrived at 7:09 pm. I have been waiting for open hour and a half and after calling twice yo the costumers service they told me I have to keep waiting longer. Terrible service!
