In questo tour alla scoperta del Giappone (12 giorni) partecipa a un'esperienza in piccoli gruppi, visita i luoghi più iconici del Giappone che è il viaggio ideale per chi viaggia per la prima volta con una guida turistica di lingua inglese. Soggiorna in sistemazioni notturne a 3 - 4 stelle e viaggia con stile con lo Shinkansen (treno proiettile) con una combinazione di autobus o veicolo privato*. Questo tour è per un piccolo gruppo da 16 a 26 persone (per un'esperienza privata solo per il tuo gruppo, visita la pagina del tour privato alla scoperta del Giappone). Se abbiamo 15 o meno ospiti, non saremo in grado di effettuare il tour standard.

- Porta scarpe comode da passeggio, un maglione, vestiti che puoi indossare e una giacca per tutte le stagioni. Alcuni siti religiosi possono richiedere un abbigliamento modesto per entrare: niente pantaloncini o gonne corte, le ginocchia devono essere coperte da pantaloni lunghi o una gonna lunga. Non ci sono top senza maniche, le spalle devono essere coperte e uno scialle o una sciarpa spesso non sono accettati come copertura.
- Il tour opera in tutte le condizioni meteorologiche (tranne quando c'è un tifone o altre situazioni estreme). Si prega di vestirsi adeguatamente per tutte le condizioni atmosferiche. In tal caso, ti preghiamo di notare che il tour potrebbe cambiare leggermente per adattarsi al tempo.
- Chiediamo che tutti gli ospiti arrivino sul posto almeno 10 minuti prima dell'orario di incontro designato. Il tour inizierà senza gli ospiti in ritardo e potrai incontrare il resto del gruppo nella prossima location. - Quanto devo essere in forma per questo tour? - Questo tour attivo copre una buona quantità di terreno ogni giorno. Aspettati di camminare per due o quattro ore in alcuni giorni di tournée. Sebbene il ritmo sia moderato, potresti incontrare alcune superfici irregolari, scale, gradini e pendenze significative in questo tour e ci sono alcune aree all'aperto e senza ombra. Il tour coprirà le stesse città del Japan Discovery Tour, ma includerà Kobe City e altri punti panoramici per Autumn Foliage e Winter Illuminations lungo il percorso (il tempo in alcune attrazioni del Japan Discovery Tour sarà ridotto per ospitare ulteriori attrazioni su questo tour).
- Garantiti piccoli gruppi di massimo 26 viaggiatori. Il tour con mini bus privato all'interno di alcune città sarà comunque operativo con un gruppo più piccolo di 16 persone. Se ci sono 15 persone o meno, non saremo in grado di effettuare il tour standard. Per piccoli gruppi o tour privati (disponibili su richiesta), o in alcuni casi gruppi più grandi, potrebbero essere presenti più guide turistiche in base alla disponibilità e alla programmazione.
- Conferma della prenotazione in base al numero di ospiti: Il tour sarà confermato entro 30 giorni dalla data di inizio del tour.
- Per effettuare questo tour con autobus privato per trasferimenti locali all'interno di alcune città è richiesto un numero minimo di 16 ospiti in totale (il trasporto dalle città principali sarà sempre effettuato con il treno ad alta velocità). Il Tour Manager sarà lo stesso per tutto il tour con 16 o più ospiti (con alcune eccezioni in alta stagione).
- Preparazione del viaggio: è responsabilità di ogni viaggiatore avere un passaporto valido per almeno sei mesi oltre le date del viaggio e un visto se richiesto. Tutti i viaggiatori dovrebbero familiarizzare con le condizioni locali, come l'alta quota o le vaccinazioni richieste, che potrebbero influire sulla loro salute. - Con quanto anticipo dovrei prenotare?
- Preparare un tour personalizzato richiede un po' di tempo, soprattutto se sono richieste prenotazioni per ristoranti o altri luoghi. Consigliamo di effettuare una prenotazione il prima possibile. Idealmente, dovrebbe essere 3 mesi prima della data del viaggio, o almeno 1 mese prima della data del viaggio. Per le prenotazioni di tour personalizzati richieste con meno di 7 giorni di anticipo sulla data del viaggio, potremmo non essere in grado di organizzare il tuo tour personalizzato in tempo, quindi la tua richiesta di prenotazione potrebbe essere annullata e riceverai un rimborso completo.

- Organizzare e pianificare un viaggio richiede molto tempo e se abbiamo effettuato delle prenotazioni per tuo conto, potrebbe essere molto difficile annullare alcune richieste di prenotazione. Una volta ricevuta la tua prenotazione e le tue risposte dal modulo Custom Tour, inizieremo a mettere insieme il tuo Itinerary Sheet e inizieremo a organizzare la tua guida turistica, ad acquistare i biglietti, a effettuare le prenotazioni presso i luoghi per il tuo tour, ecc.
- Se annulli il tour in qualsiasi momento dopo che ti abbiamo inviato il foglio itinerario personalizzato, la commissione di servizio pari al 15% del costo totale del tour non sarà rimborsabile.

We just returned from Japan after visiting from 10/19-11/02/24. This was our first trip overseas, not just Japan. The overall experience was amazing and was easily the best trip that we’ve ever taken. My wife and I went on the Japan Discovery tour as a private group, and I would highly recommend going this route if you can afford it. Since the tour only included us, we were able to make several changes/adjustments to the itinerary and even fit in some additional activities (e.g. Kabuki theater). The hotels that we stayed in were all top notch, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The tour was well organized and prompted us to explore sites and activities that we would never have considered on our own. Neither of us speak Japanese and were unfamiliar with many of the local customs, but our guides were incredibly helpful and made it a smooth experience for us both. Our first tour guide was Miya Mikami in the Tokyo/Hakone areas. Miya-san was an amazing guide. She was always helpful and would frequently check to ensure that we had everything we needed. She was knowledgeable about Japanese history, best places to shop, various restaurants based on food preferences, etc. She was always happy to answer our questions, regardless of the topic. She went out of her way to make sure we always had the best view of wherever we went and took multiple pictures of us throughout the tour. I would highly recommend Miya-san as a tour guide, private or otherwise. Our second guide was Naoko Kito. She covered Kanazawa, Takayama, and Shirakawa-go. Naoko-san was also very nice and accommodating. There was a bit of a language barrier, but we were able to communicate effectively 99% of the time. Naoko-san also tried to ensure that we were always satisfied and having a great time. She gave my wife and I handmade tote bags to carry the items we purchased, and she also taught us how to do origami. We had to take two trains on the day that we left the area. The first train got delayed on the tracks, and we were very close to missing the Shinkansen at our scheduled time. Naoko-san quite literally ran through the train station to guide us through. When we reached the ticket entry area, our tickets wouldn’t work. She then spoke with the guard and got us through. Since we didn’t know how to reach the right platform, Naoko-san convinced the guard to let her guide us. We got on the Shinkansen as it was leaving, then suddenly heard someone shout our name. Before we could react, Naoko-san had jumped on the Shinkansen to give me a bag that I dropped in the station. Overall, she went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy and I would definitely recommend her as a guide. Fair warning - she walks very fast so try to keep up. 😂 Our third guide was Yukari Onishi for Kyoto/Nara. Yuka-san was an amazing guide as well. She was extremely knowledgeable about the history of Kyoto/Japan, and she always had interesting tidbits of information to supplement our tours. She was very friendly and accommodating and she spoke/understood English very well. Yuka-san was always happy to take us wherever we wanted to go, regardless of the scheduled itinerary. She was always on time, but she never made us feel rushed. She also took multiple photos of us and made sure we had the best possible backgrounds. At the end of our tour, she gave us several postcards that represented each of the areas we saw together. Overall, Yuka-san was an amazing guide and I highly recommend her for any upcoming travels.
