Abbiamo la passione di scoprire a piedi i tesori storici meno conosciuti di questa città unica. Il nostro tour inizia con l'imponente Torre di Galata che si affaccia sulle bellezze del Bosforo e della Città Vecchia. Ti portiamo fuori dal principale percorso turistico verso le multiculturali Fener, Balat e Ayvansaray. Questi sono i vecchi quartieri di Istanbul dove finisce ufficialmente Costantinopoli, il che significa che ammiriamo le mura cittadine sopravvissute dei bizantini e scopriamo chiese storiche, moschee, sinagoghe, case tradizionali e persino i resti di un palazzo. Termina il nostro tour con un rilassante viaggio in traghetto lungo il Corno d'Oro.

Vedremo un fantastico panorama di Istanbul dalla cima di questa torre. Uno dei luoghi più caratteristici della città, questa grande fortificazione risalente al 1348 fu eretta da genovesi italiani.

In epoca ottomana, Beyoğlu (allora noto come Pera) era il quartiere europeo di Istanbul. Sede di ambasciate e centri commerciali, nonché di eleganti palazzine in stile parigino del XIX secolo.
Il ponte a bilico che attraversa il Corno d'Oro fornisce un collegamento reale e simbolico tra due parti importanti di Istanbul.
Halic (Corno d'Oro) significa insenatura in inglese separa la vecchia e la nuova sezione di Istanbul. La vista di questo corpo idrico è magnifica, soprattutto all'alba o al tramonto
Il Patriarcato ecumenico è riconosciuto come il centro spirituale (fondamentalmente il “Vaticano”) dei cristiani ortodossi orientali.
Le strade colorate di Fener e Balat ti aspettano. Si potrebbero descrivere i quartieri combinati di Ayvansaray, Balat e Fener come una cronaca in miniatura dei tempi bizantini, ottomani e moderni. Queste strade hanno ospitato il più influente degli imperi insieme ai loro monumenti; ospitava un mosaico di comunità.
Questa è una curiosa chiesa neo-gotica dipinta di bianco e interessantemente composta da sezioni in ghisa. Costruito o dovrebbe dire "fuso" a Vienna nel 1896 e trasportato fino a Istanbul.

Le mura di Costantinopoli furono le più grandi fortificazioni dell'età medievale. Con varie torri e porte, ampie sezioni sono ancora più o meno intatte oggi.

Kim was exceptional, super friendly, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend to anyone who want too see and experience some out of the beaten path. It was worth it. Kim even put a special touch and stopped to get tea and baklava. Yummy. Very special trip.
The tour was fantastic—our guide Erol was extremely knowledgeable about historic facts and dates, explaining how much the city has changed while taking us to great spots for photos. Travelling by tram and ferry was smooth because he had everything perfectly organised, and we even stopped to enjoy some delicious sweets along the way. Even though it was low season and we were the only ones on the tour, he never rushed; he took his time, explained everything in detail, and made the whole experience feel personal and memorable. Highly recommended and fantastic guide
The tour was fantastic, especially thanks to our guide Ergil, who was enthusiastic and very knowledgeable. We began at the Galata Tower, enjoying a beautiful panoramic view of Istanbul. Then we explored the historic neighborhoods of Balat and Fener, full of colorful streets and rich multicultural history. A very pleasant walk combining great views, culture, and authentic local atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Loved the Galata Tower and its fascinating history. Erol gave us a great deal of interesting information about the entire area including its history and its architecture. We also stopped for some delicious sweets. Erol is a great guide. He spoke so passionately and knowledgeably about the area and answered all our questions very thoroughly. Some of the streets were rather steep, which made walking a little difficult at times but Erol was very thoughtful and helpful. Thank you for an interesting tour.
