We had a fantastic experience at the Hurem Sultan Hamam with the 45-minute bath treatment. My husband and I took the bath in separate areas for men and women. We met up afterwards in the hamam's outdoor area, which was beautiful and comfortable. My therapist was Semia; she provided a kit with everything I needed (slippers, a towel, moisturizer, shampoo, etc.). The changing room—while shared—offered plenty of privacy and was stocked with essentials like a hair dryer, hairbrush, and cotton swabs. The bath itself was excellent and very relaxing, featuring the exfoliation and foam wash typical of a classic hamam. Afterward, Semia washed and dried my hair, then showed me to an area where I enjoyed delicious Turkish tea and Turkish Delights. It was pure luxury! I loved it!

It was the first time I went to a Turkish hammam and I loved the experience! The place is beautiful and the atmosphere is very pleasant. Yașaw, who took care of me, is adorable, sweet, and very professional. She made me feel comfortable from the very beginning. I highly recommend this experience. If you have the opportunity, I advise you to experience it with someone, as I realized that the hammam is also a very friendly and social moment.

Great service from Asuman at Hurrem Sultan Hamam. She was very professional, friendly and made me feel well cared for from start to finish. Well, I did not give it a 5 Star because at the end of the session we were literally asked by our masseuses to tip them. We were going to leave a tip regardless, but being asked to tip made it unpleasant.
Very proffesional and good massage my service was excelente Yasam is very very good and delicate .

Really cool experience it was beautiful in the building. Entire experience was a bit of an adjustment especially as a North American, but it was very unique and relaxing. I had Berna and she was very friendly and did a great job. Also got the anti stress massage after and it was amazing I felt so relaxed.

This was an amazing and the most relaxing experience i’ve had. The place is beautiful and clean. I loved the white marble and beautiful floors. What water had perfect temperature, soap smelled wonderful and the procedure provided by Sibel was left me really relaxed and my skin glowing . I could stay there all day. It was my first hammam experience and i loved it!

This was my first experience at a Hammam, and I’m so glad it was at the Hürrem Sultan Hamamı. From the moment I checked in until the very end, everything was seamless and truly enjoyable. The ambiance, cleanliness, and overall atmosphere made the experience feel very authentic and relaxing. A special thank you to Fatih, who did an amazing job—professional, attentive, and made the whole experience even more memorable. I highly recommend this place, especially for first-timers. I’m already looking forward to my next visit when I’m back in Istanbul!

I booked a treatment with my boyfriend & we agreed this was the most luxurious & relaxing experience we have ever had. It was the day before we left after 3 weeks of traveling. Berna + Sinan were so gentle, calming & excellent at what they do. I felt like I time traveled back in time being inside of the building. I cannot recommend enough this place & Berna/Sinan!

What an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff are amazing and professional - My attendant NUR, made me feel so welcome and relaxed. The whole experience itself is just wonderful but when you have a welcoming and polite attendant like NUR, it makes the experience 10 times better. The post treatment refreshments are a lovely touch. It couldn’t have been better! Highly recommend, worth every penny.
