Wow! Just wow! You cannot beat this trip for the price! We loved every second of it and cannot wait to do it again!
Boat # 7 was an awsome crew. Took time to care about each and every guest to make sure they had a great experience. Awsome instructions for the island to help maneuver and not get scammed. Highly recommend the trip.
Pick up on time but was a 20 min walk. Long journey picking up at several hotels as we were first. Guide on boat was Uriel and service was good, although barman was a bit miserable. Choppy water on our day for snorkeling but that's life. Plenty of room on the catamaran. Nice swim time and chance to go to beach and look around Isla Mujeres which was good. Return sailing all good with good service from the guide again. He works hard. Waited on minibus for 35 mins before we left, then had additional hotel stops too, so it took 2:20 from getting on the bus to getting dropped off which was a bit much for a short distance after a long day. Overall a good tour but wouldn't do it again.
Awesome trip, you knew you were going to get drunk as soon as you step on the boat. Captain and crew were terrific, they did all they could to keep you happy and the booze flowing. The water was amazing. Isla Mujeres was good, but a little too crowded for my taste. The snorkeling was sorta mediocre. Overall had a good time with family.
Had a great day, staff were great, food and drink on board was good. I left my glasses on the minibus back so I contacted the company who found them and had them returned to my hotel. All in all an excellent experience with this trip.
Awesome trip out to Isla Mujeres with Diego and his crew. Stopped for snorkeling and swimming. Staff were great, so attentive. We picked the adult only tour which suited our family, boat wasn’t packed and we had a fun time. Good value for money.
The guide and team are some of the hardest working people I’ve met. They are fantastic. Pick up from the hotel was smooth. Glad we took the early morning option before it got too busy on the island. Stopped for a snorkel and stopped infront of Playa Norte for a bit. The trip across was scenic. We took a golf cart and explored Punta Sur when we got to the island. A 2-hour rental was suffice. The only thing I didn’t like was that the additional charges of $20 usd for hotel pick up and $20 for docking fee per person should be right in the description.
Well organized excursion. Snorkeling was about 15-20 mins so it was short like others have mentioned. We had additional free swimming time near Isla Mujeres which made up for the short snorkeling. Isla Mujeres beach was perfect as there was no seaweed and water was calm. Our guide and the crew were nice as well! It was about 6.5 hours long. Would recommend this excursion.
Long trip and couldn’t even sit on beach without paying an additional price. Charged to much for extra fees
It was amazing!! The best crew in group 9 with Eric, Harán and the other two amazing crew guys! We def want to come back again with the same crew
