First of all Paulette from Mexico travel solutions is WONDERFUL!! She was always attentive, kind, helpful and polite returning messages day and night very quickly, the problem was the company who manages the catamaran to/from isla mujeres the food buffet at isla mujeres was awful,drinks terrible there were photographers taking pictures of all the tourists during the day and on the way back to Cancun they sold my son a package of “digital pictures” that never were sent to his email , contacted Paulette and with her help we were able to finally get those pictures, I doubt we will get any without her help , then on the way back to our hotel there were 10 adults, one baby and a stroller inside the van that was taking all of us to different hotels, the only positive experience was the trip in the catamaran. We reserved a private transportation vehicle from Mexico travel solutions from airport/hotel/airport and it was a super nice experience.
