Ci fermiamo a Invermoriston per le foto del ponte e una fermata del bagno.
Dopo Loch Ness, il tour all'Isola di Skye continua con il Castello di Eilean Donan*; uno dei più fotografati della Scozia. Il castello si trova su un'isola del lago Loch Duich. Avrai un po' di tempo per visitare il castello e i suoi fiabeschi dintorni.
Dopo il Castello di Eilean Donan, continuiamo il nostro viaggio dirigendoci verso l'Isola di Skye, passando sopra il ponte di Skye e attraversando il piccolo villaggio di Portree, dove ci fermeremo per il pranzo. Portree, sebbene sia un piccolo villaggio con il porto, è la capitale dell'Isola di Skye. È circondato da scogliere rocciose e dolci colline. Lo splendido paesaggio in cui è immerso rende questo villaggio il luogo ideale dove fermarsi e ammirare il panorama dalla barca.

- Nota: dal 22 dicembre al 1 febbraio 2025, il Castello di Eilean Donan sarà chiuso. Ci fermeremo comunque al castello per le foto e sarà disponibile l'accesso al ponte. Tuttavia, il Visitor Centre e i servizi igienici saranno chiusi.

We had a great time visiting the Isle of Skye and Eilean Donan Castle and have the pictures to prove it. Ben, our amazing guide, was funny and knowledgeable and went a long way in making the experience unforgettable.

Well worth the money! We traveled around 325 km in 12.5 hours and really enjoyed the scenic Scottish Highland landscape. Our guide, Fiona, was incredibly knowledgeable about all the places and historical stories. She was a very punctual and pleasant lady who explained everything with a very clear accent, making it easy for us to understand as non-native English speakers. As a small suggestion, it would be great if a little time slot could be added to the trip to see some sheep and lambs as well.
This was the best tour, worth your money. Caz was EXCEPTIONAL! Honestly, she was funny, witty, and informative. She made you feel like you were a group of friends off on an adventure! This tour would not be the same without Caz. The tour was beautiful and it felt like we saw a good amount of the Isle of Skye, with also wanting to go back and see more. The size of the tour was good. Make sure you have a dram of Drambuie. 10/10 would highly recommend.
Wonderful guide, she was knowledgeable, entertaining and a good driver. Overall it was a good day!!!
We went as a family and all thought it was a great experience. It was fast paced, which meant 12hours went by fast and we got to see very different sceneries, some of them really mindblowing. Our guide Fiona was very knowledgable and kind, and made the coach rides very entertaining. I would recommend this for most people, as long as you don't mind getting in and out of the coach often!
Wonderful trip to Isle of Sky. This place is just different planet. Our tour guide and driver Mike kept us entertained throughout the journey providing lot of information about the place. Isle of the Sky must in itinerary.

Fiona was excellent at driving and organising our time. She was very friendly and professional. I would like to have done a tour on Skye alone so 2 hrs could be used up to make the circle on Skye.
We covered a lot of ground in one day. The views were beautiful and I enjoyed the lunch stop in Portree. Lewis was a great guide with lots of humor and ecological knowledge of Scotland.
