Percorriamo il famoso Loch Ness, dimora del mostro sfuggente, e proseguiamo attraverso le montagne verso la costa occidentale. Maestose montagne lasciano il posto a vasti laghi marini, un tempo utilizzati dai Vichinghi come via d'accesso alle nostre terre. Ci fermiamo al romantico castello di Eilean Donan con il tempo per esplorare all'interno (facoltativo, pagare in loco). Dopo aver attraversato il ponte Skye, scopri i miti e le leggende dell'isola, nonché le vere storie dei clan rivali e di un principe fuggitivo. Godetevi il pranzo nella città principale di Portee e visitate il colorato porto. Esplora la splendida costa dell'Isola di Skye e ammira l'Old Man of Storr, Quiraing e Kilt Rock. Ammira l'ultimo paesaggio ultraterreno di Skye mentre attraversiamo le Highlands per tornare a Inverness.

Tim was a great guide, and this tour is definitely worth booking if you want to visit all the famous attractions on the Isle of Skye. Tim is a wonderful storyteller, and the day flew by even though the tour is long. I would definitely recommend for families - my teenage sons enjoyed it as well. It’s a great mix of humor, history, and legends.
Tim is the best tour guide I’ve ever had! He drove our bus safely, told jokes and folk tales about the sites, gave food recommendations, played the perfect music against the backdrop of the Scottish highlands, and shared the geology and history of each spot. He knows the area really well and we got to see beautiful lookouts, some of which I think only locals would know about. We covered a lot of ground in just 12 hours, it was a great time and I recommend this tour to anyone wanting to go to Isle of Skye!
Tim was a fabulous tour guide and gave us a very comprehensive experience with fun facts and useful information along the way. This was a great overall tour of the highlands if you are tight on time.
Tim was our guide. He was a great storyteller and full of jokes. The views were spectacular and made me really fall in love with the highlands.
Tour was amazing! Saw lots of great sites and the tour guide Tim was fantastic. I enjoyed listening to the history and folk tales while seeing the picturesque views.
We reserved small group tour but it came to a big bus which I didn’t like. Donny and Emily were great though, we had a good time. The stop to see the Storr is far away but we only stop for 10min.
We had a really enjoyable trip to Skye. The scenery was just amazing and we are very glad to have been able to visit this area. Emily's driving and nature spotting insights were fabulous. Donnie did a great job keeping us entertained. Highly recommend!
We had a great experience! The sights were very cool and with some luck we actually got to see them all despite lots of clouds (thank you Skye). There were plenty of stops for sights, photos, etc. Our guides Karen and Martin were a lot of fun! Both did a great job the entire day, shared a lot of information (on Scotland, Skye and other topics) as well as a fair amount of faerie tales. All of it very entertaining. Thank you both again!
Mart and karen were the best. Mart has amazing stories for all the attractions in the tour. One can learn from him everything about the Highlands he's the one! I think one stop can save time or at least, spend more time in other stops. For Spanish speakers, this is a good option. Julio
Really great experience! Louis packed in a ton of activities throughout the day showcasing the best of the isle of skye. The smaller bus and group made for catered story telling and the opportunity to get to know the group. There were a couple of places along the way where an admission fee was required and lunch was not included (but the stop in portree provided lots of lunch options while walking through the community). Would recommend this for any group who only has one group to experience the isle of skye!
