Ci lasciamo alle spalle la “Capitale delle Highlands”, per un’avventura di un’intera giornata in piccoli gruppi nella magica Isola di Skye. Percorriamo il famoso Loch Ness, dimora del mostro sfuggente, e proseguiamo attraverso le montagne verso la costa occidentale. Maestose montagne lasciano il posto a vasti laghi marini, un tempo utilizzati dai Vichinghi come via d'accesso alle nostre terre. Ci fermiamo al romantico castello di Eilean Donan con il tempo per esplorare all'interno (facoltativo, pagare in loco). Dopo aver attraversato il ponte Skye, scopri i miti e le leggende dell'isola, nonché le vere storie dei clan rivali e di un principe fuggitivo. Godetevi il pranzo nella città principale di Portee e visitate il colorato porto. Esplora la splendida costa dell'Isola di Skye e ammira l'Old Man of Storr, Quiraing e Kilt Rock. Ammira l'ultimo paesaggio ultraterreno di Skye mentre attraversiamo le Highlands per tornare a Inverness.

The Isle of Skye tour was stunningly beautiful and I would highly recommend the 12 hour tour if you have the time. Our tour guide, Donny, was full of historical knowledge and quite humorous. Great booking.
Had a wonderful time in the Scottish Highlands viewing the beautiful green nature with valley and lakes. The Guide Louise we had was superb, friendly and so helpful.
We had a lovely day touring the Island yesterday with Karen as our driver and guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. They had to switch one of our stops because we were on a bigger bus than originally intended, but the “bonus” stops instead were also very good. It was a long day, but they packed a lot in. Felt worth it for the money. The bus was a bit cool at times but Karen did her best to keep it a constant temperature, which I know isn’t easy. Overall I’d definitely recommend it for couples, families with not-too-little kids, or other groups.
The landscape was amazing and thanks to Karen’s experience we could enjoyed every corner of it.
It was an amazing experience and Karen showed us every special corner, not only the ones on the Isle of Skye, always with a smile and telling us fascinating legends about this wonderful land.

Donny was hilarious and informative! Very good trip and would highly recommend this for anyone interested in Scotland’s beautiful scenery and culture
The tour was good and the guide was very proper, kind and friendly. However, I personally think that there are too few stops for all the hours the tour lasts, since in the end you spend quite a bit more time inside the car than outside enjoying the places. It is also true that we had very bad weather and that made the stops faster than normal, because we could not be outside for a long time, which surely accentuated that feeling even more. Even so, I think it would be good to include a few more stops during the route.
We have visited beautiful places and seen spectacular landscapes. We were with Louise, a wonderful guide and storyteller.
Our guide was Louise. She made our tour even more interesting and fun than it already was on its own. She is a great storyteller, she is passionate about what she does. It has been an unforgettable experience and beyond our expectations. We will recommend it without hesitation, thank you very much Louis! 💕
