Introduzione alla vela a Saint John, NB

My mom and I had an amazing time during the Intro to Sailing session! Jose was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel comfortable from the moment we stepped on the boat. He explained everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and shared so much information that made the experience both educational and enjoyable. You can tell he has a real passion for sailing and a wealth of experience. We learned a lot while still having a relaxing and fun time on the water. I would highly recommend this to anyone interested in learning how to sail, whether you’re a complete beginner or just looking for a fun time on the water. Thank you for such a fantastic experience!

Great experience, highly reccomend while you're staying in St. John. Learned a lot of interesting things about the area, and about sailing/boating. Jose is knowledgable and friendly. This is a fun way to see another side of St. John.

We had such an amazing experience with Sail Loyalist! We went out with a group of friends and had the best time. Jose was incredible and super friendly, made us feel safe, and kept the vibes perfect the whole trip. The sunset was absolutely stunning, and floating out on the water was pure magic. Can’t recommend this enough!

We had the best time exploring Saint John and getting to know the city! Jose was an excellent guide. It was perfect for learning more about sailing, or just enjoying the beautiful waterways.

We booked this sailing experience not really knowing alot about sailing but thought that it would be an interesting adventure for our 12 yr old grandson. Jose, our guide was wonderful! He contacted us ahead of time to introduce himself and to ask a few questions about us and our interest in sailing. We had a wonderful sail. Jose was patient and explained how the sail boat worked as we sailed out of the St John Marina. Jose was very knowledgeable about the St John river systems, the flow of tides between the river and the ocean and the sea creatures who inhabit the river. He had complete command of the sails as we navigated the river. I highly recommend this adventure as it shows you another aspect of St John and the East coast.

We booked, last minute, this initiation to sailing, and it was one of the best experience for that day. Jose, our certified instructor with Transport Canada, was a great sailor, teacher, and human. Note that he is also a Saint-John ambassador. He is can give very good suggestions for places to visit. We laughed in abundance and had a very pleasant learning experience. We even got to get glimpse at seals, cormorants and sturgeons jumping out of the water. We highly recommend this excursion. For the price, you won't experience something similarly pleasing and out of the ordinary.
