Very clean facilities with beautiful, natural surroundings. It was very relaxing after a day of hiking. Lunch was very good as well.
Ecotermales hot springs was beyond beautiful. It was magical. It was a moment to take in, breathe, and just feel well and alive. While i was there, there was a rain shower which was an experience beyond words. The fresh raindrops hitting my skin while im emerged in the natural hot spring warmed by the Earth was my favorite. I am so grateful to have experience Costa Rica and what it had to offer. Gracias pa todo, Gracias pa Dios. I will be back 🙏🏼
We had a full day of activities planned by our tour team “Amstar” and the hot springs was the last activity of our day. It was the perfect end to an active day at the rainforest. My husband and I were very impressed by the quality of service received. The staff were super friendly and courteous. The facility was well maintained and organized, with very clean and well equipped bathrooms/changing facilities. But the best part was experiencing the different pools. We enjoyed spending time in about 4 or 5 of them. After a nice relaxing 90 minutes or so at the springs, we were directed to a dining area that had a reserved table for our group. Once again the staff in this area were so friendly and attentive. And the food was exceptional. They had a great variety of food options even with special dietary needs being met with great care for those that required them. All in all, it was a wonderful experience!
There are a lot of hot springs to choose from in La Fortuna. I was originally planning on visiting the free one, but this seemed like a worthwhile one to checkout. I did the 5pm entry and got to experience this resort style hot springs in the day and night. Very cool experience and it wasn’t very crowded either. Each pool is a bit unique. Different depths, temperature, and features! Most importantly I felt relaxed and often found myself just enjoying parts of the springs to myself.

Had a wonderful day here. It was not busy ( they manage the numbers) and the pools were great. Very relaxing and loved watching the birds, butterfly’s and reptiles whilst we were in the pools. Had a passion fruit juice which was Very refreshing ($6).

We enjoyed the naturalness of the facility. Very lush and greeen. Also, each pool has a special feel and there are well kept trails connecting each of them.

I was very skeptical about paying to go to the hot springs but this was absolutely worth it. So much fun and so relaxing. I recommend the evening pass with or without dinner. Staff is very helpful and considerate

I had an amazing experience, there were only a few more people than us and at times it felt like the place was all for ourselves. The drinks and the lunch provided was amazing this exceeded my expectations

We purchased a day pass on a Thursday and were there from 10a-2p. Beautifully landscaped, CLEAN and spacious showers./bathrooms. They supply locker and towels. 8 pools with temp ranging from 85-105 degrees. If you are looking for a relaxing time this is it. We opted to not go to those thermal springs that had water slides etc. There were couples and adults at this location Restaurant (we didn't go) and a bar/bar food (reasonable prices and the juice drinks were delicious.). I would go again. .
