I had a great time on this tour, I went with my partner and since we hired he attended us by WhatsApp an agent and we were sure that if they would pick us up. Already on the tour we had an amazing time, everyone was very friendly. We are Mexican and I think everyone is expected to treat us super well... people were very warm.

Horrible! They never showed up! They said they would reschedule and never even did that! They won’t respond! Don’t book with them!!!
The morning of I got a message stating that transportation was no longer available even though I paid extra for that. They told me I would have to find a way to get there. Since it wasn't far I agreed. The address they gave me left me at a random location! I was stuck in the middle of nowhere after my taxi left. I had no service or way to contact them off the resort. I messaged them when I got back and they said I could reschedule and when I gave a date to reschedule they stopped responding!! This is so dangerous and I'm happy I made it back to my resort unharmed but anything could've transpired.
Very disappointed with their service. Shuttle never arrived to pick us up and no communication with tour operators despite multiples messages and calls to support. The company didn’t even answer when Viator tried to call them directly. Don’t book here it is a SCAM.
This excursion was so much fun. Poncho and the crew were very attentive and friendly. We enjoyed all the stops which were snorkeling, beach, club and buffet, and Isla Mujeres. Definitely would do this one again.

This has been one of the best holidays I've ever had. The agency advised us very well and they were always on time in their activities. We will return to complete all the variety of destinations they have.
The best excursion I’ve ever been on! It was my birthday, and they truly made my day! Our shuttle arrived right on time—no complaints whatsoever. Everyone was so friendly and approachable. Snorkeling was amazing—they helped calm my nerves and made me feel comfortable in the water. The stop at Isla Mujeres was absolutely beautiful, and we had such a great time there. The food was delicious, and of course, the endless drinks were a perfect touch! Highly recommend!
I am glad I downloaded WhatsApp, because our driver was 25 minutes earlier than the initial pickup time. If you downloaded WhatsApp and text them, they are able to communicate with you faster on when transportation has arrived. For the boat ride itself, it felt more like a party boat if that is your vibe (we didn’t have little kids on the boat so I wonder if it would change if kids were on). Eric is very nice and funny, along with the crew as well. They will try to take photos of you, if you don’t want to buy photos then deny it in the beginning. Or get the photos taken and then decide afterwards. The photos are very pretty, and they help you with different poses. Lastly, the buffet is mediocre but we were more interested in the beach than the food.
