Our guide Sheldon was fantastic. Extremely knowledgeable. Sheldon kept us engaged the entire tour with information and interesting facts.

The tour guide, Andy was extremely knowledgeable and asked the group members for input on what they were mist interested in. He communicated beforehand to confirm time and meeting location and let us know what he was wearing.

We had a couple of guides who were kind enough to admit that this was their first tour as a newly formed partnership - they were excellent. They both have embarrassingly robust credentials, and so there is almost nothing you can ask for which they will not have an answer. However, they both did a wonderful job of "keeping it simple" and understandable - cramming three decades and two world wars of history into a 3 hour tour is no small task. Nicely done.
